Abstract

The present invention discloses a microwave biochar preparation device capable of recycling biomass oil, the device comprising a protection device, a reaction device and a recovery device. Biomass and activated carbon fibers are put into the reaction device, then the protection device injects nitrogen into the reaction device in real time to fill the reaction device with the nitrogen, at the moment, a microwave heating tester of the reaction device is turned on, the biomass and the activated carbon fibers react by means of microwave irradiation heating, and a reaction is carried out under a non-oxygen environment due to the fact that the reaction device is full of the nitrogen, such that the stability of the reaction is guaranteed; and oil, gas and other wastes generated during reaction enter the recovery device by means of a pipeline, and the recovery device cools, then classifies and recovers the wastes. Therefore, the present invention enables the biomass and the activated carbon to stably react in a firing process, and avoids the interference of oxygen in the reaction; and meanwhile, the oil, the gas and other wastes generated after the reaction can be recovered and purified, thereby being prevented from polluting the environment. 64 FIG.1I ~3-1 3-5 3- 3-3 3-2 FIG. 2 1/1

TECHNICAL FIELD
The present invention relates to a microwave high-temperature decomposition reaction device, in particular to
a microwave biochar preparation device capable of recycling biomass oil.
BACKGROUNDTECHNOLOGY
Environmental pollution becomes increasingly serious along with development of society, and consciousness
of saving resources and protecting the environment is increasingly strong, such that it has been an important link in
the process of protecting the environment to efficiently fire biological activated carbon with high adsorption strength
for adsorbing pollutants. Existing biomass and activated carbon have difficulty in uniformly and sufficiently reacting
with each other in the firing process in a quartz tank, the reaction stability is uncontrollable due to the influence of
oxygen in air in the firing process, and after the firing is completed, part of the biological activated carbon is
scattered into the air in a screening process, such that the yield is deviated, and the firing degrees of acquired
products are different; and oil, gas and other wastes generated after firing is difficult to recycle, which pollute the
environment.
Summary of the Invention:
For the problems mentioned above in the prior art, the present invention provides a microwave
biochar preparation device capable of recycling biomass oil, which enables biomass and activated
carbon to stably react in a firing process and avoids the interference of oxygen in the reaction; and
oil, gas and other wastes generated after the reaction can be recovered and purified, thereby being
prevented from polluting the environment.
For achieving the objective mentioned above, the present invention uses a technical solution: the
microwave biochar preparation device capable of recycling the biomass oil comprises a protection
device, a reaction device and a recovery device,
wherein the reaction device comprises a temperature sensor, a temperature display meter, a
quartz tank and a microwave heating tester, the quartz tank being arranged inside the microwave
heating tester, the quartz tank comprising a rectangular outer tank with the tank wall thickness of
3mm, a rectangular inner tank with the thickness of 2mm and a fixing adjustment plate with the thickness of 2mm, wherein the rectangular inner tank and the fixing adjustment plate are both arranged inside the rectangular outer tank, the rectangular inner tank contains the biomass, a layer of activated carbon fibers covers an outer surface of the rectangular inner tank, a plurality of strip-shape grooves are provided in the bottom in the rectangular outer tank, and one end of the fixing adjustment plate is inserted into one of the strip-shape grooves to enable the activated carbon fibers and the outer surface of the rectangular inner tank to be pressed together; the temperature sensor is fixed inside the rectangular inner tank, the temperature display meter is mounted outside the microwave heating tester, and the temperature sensor is electrically connected to the temperature display meter; the protection device comprises a nitrogen generator and a flow regulator, a gas inlet of the flow regulator being in sealed connection to an outlet end of the nitrogen generator, a gas outlet of the flow regulator being connected to one end of a nitrogen pipeline, the other end of the nitrogen pipeline extending into the microwave heating tester and being in communication with the rectangular inner tank, and the flow regulator adjusting a nitrogen flowing speed to be 50-500mL/min or so; the recovery device comprises a cooling pipe, a fluid filtration collector and a gas purifier, the cooling pipe comprising an inner pipe and an outer pipe, wherein the inner pipe is arranged inside the outer pipe, a cooling water flowing space is formed between the inner pipe and the outer pipe, a water outlet and a water inlet are provided in an outer surface of the outer pipe, and both the water outlet and the water inlet are in communication with the cooling water flowing space; and one end of the inner pipe is in communication with the interior of the microwave heating tester by means of a pipeline, the other end of the inner pipe is in communication with an inlet of the fluidfiltration collector by means of a pipeline, and an outlet of the fluid filtration collector is in communication with the gas purifier by means of a pipeline.
Furthermore, the number of the fluid filtration collectors is multiple, and the plurality of fluid
filtration collectors are connected in series by means of a pipeline.
Furthermore, the cooling pipe is made of stainless steel.
The fixing adjustment plate can press and fix the activated carbon fibers with different
thicknesses by being inserting into different strip-shape grooves.
Compared with the prior art, the present invention uses a manner of combining the protection device, the reaction device and the recovery device, the biomass and the activated carbon fibers are put into the reaction device, then the protection device injects nitrogen into the reaction device in real time to fill the reaction device with the nitrogen, at the moment, the microwave heating tester of the reaction device is turned on, the biomass and the activated carbon fibers react by means of microwave irradiation heating, and a reaction is carried out under a non-oxygen environment due to the fact that the reaction device is full of the nitrogen, such that the stability of the reaction is guaranteed; and oil, gas and other wastes generated during reaction enter the recovery device by means of a pipeline, and the recovery device cools, then classifies, recovers and purifies the wastes. Therefore, the present invention enables the biomass and the activated carbon to stably react in a firing process, and avoids the interference of oxygen in the reaction; and meanwhile, the oil, the gas and other wastes generated after the reaction can be recovered and purified, thereby being prevented from polluting the environment.

Detail Descriptions of Embodiments
The present invention will be further elaborated hereafter.
As shown in figures, the present invention comprises a protection device, a reaction device and a recovery device,
wherein the reaction device comprises a temperature sensor 3-2, a temperature display meter 5, a quartz tank 3 and a microwave heating tester 4, the quartz tank 3 is arranged inside the microwave heating tester 4, the quartz tank 3 comprises a rectangular outer tank 3-5 with the tank wall thickness of 3mm, a rectangular inner tank 3-3 with the thickness of 2mm and afixing adjustment plate 3-4 with the thickness of 2mm, the rectangular inner tank 3-3 and thefixing adjustment plate 3-4 are both arranged inside the rectangular outer tank 3-5, the rectangular inner tank 3-3 contains biomass, a layer of activated carbon fibers 3-1 covers an outer surface of the rectangular inner tank 3-3, a plurality of strip-shape grooves are provided in the bottom in the rectangular outer tank 3-5, one end of the fixing adjustment plate 3-4 is inserted into one of the strip-shape grooves to enable the activated carbon fibers 3-1 and the outer surface of the rectangular inner tank 3-3 to be pressed together, the temperature sensor 3-2 is fixed inside the rectangular inner tank 3-3, the temperature display meter 5 is mounted outside the microwave heating tester 4, and the temperature sensor 3-2 is electrically connected to the temperature display meter 5; the protection device comprises a nitrogen generator 1and a flow regulator 2, a gas inlet of the flow regulator 2 is in sealed connection to an outlet end of the nitrogen generator 1, a gas outlet of the flow regulator 2 is connected to one end of a nitrogen pipeline, the other end of the nitrogen pipeline extends into the microwave heating tester 4 and is in communication with the rectangular inner tank 3-3, and the flow regulator 2 adjusts a nitrogen flowing speed to be 300-500mL/min or so; the recovery device comprises a cooling pipe 7, a fluid filtration collector 9 and a gas purifier
, the cooling pipe 7 comprises an inner pipe and an outer pipe, the inner pipe is arranged inside the
outer pipe, a cooling water flowing space is formed between the inner pipe and the outer pipe, a water
outlet 8 and a water inlet 6 are provided in an outer surface of the outer pipe, and both the water outlet
8 and the water inlet 6 are in communication with the cooling water flowing space; and one end of
the inner pipe is in communication with the interior of the microwave heating tester 4 by means of a
pipeline, the other end of the inner pipe is in communication with an inlet of the fluid filtration
collector 9 by means of a pipeline, and an outlet of the fluid filtration collector 9 is in communication
with the gas purifier 10 by means of a pipeline.
Furthermore, the number of the fluid filtration collectors 9 is multiple, and the plurality of fluid
filtration collectors 9 are connected in series by means of a pipeline.
Furthermore, the cooling pipe 7 is made of stainless steel.
The cooling pipe 7, the fluid filtration collector 9, the gas purifier 10, the microwave heating
tester 4, the nitrogen generator 1 and the flow regulator 2 mentioned above are existing apparatuses.
During use, the biomass is uniformly put into the rectangular inner tank 3-3, then a layer of activated carbon fibers 3-1 covers the outer surface of the rectangular inner tank 3-3, the covered rectangular inner tank 3-3 is put into the rectangular outer tank 3-5, thefixing adjustment plate 3-4 is put into the rectangular outer tank 3-5 and inserted into one of the strip-shape grooves to enable one side of the fixing adjustment plate 3-4 and the activated carbon fibers 3-1 on one side of the rectangular inner tank 3-3 to be pressed together, meanwhile the activated carbon fibers 3-1 on the other side of the rectangular inner tank 3-3 and a side wall of the rectangular outer tank 3-5 are pressed together, and the fixing adjustment plate 3-4 can be adjusted to be inserted into different strip-shape grooves so as to press and fix the activated carbon fibers 3-1 with different thicknesses; the filled rectangular outer tank 3-5 is put into the microwave heating tester 4, a side wall, making contact with the activated carbon fibers 3-1, of the rectangular outer tank 3-5 is kept parallel to a microwave irradiation surface generated by the microwave heating tester 4; a reaction temperature and a reaction time are set on the microwave heating tester 4; at the moment, the flow regulator 2 is turned on to control a flow speed to enable the nitrogen to flow into the microwave heating tester 4 by means of the pipeline, after flowing for a period of time and after the reaction environment in the microwave heating tester 4 is stable, the microwave heating tester 4 is turned on, the rectangular outer tank 3-5 is heated by means of microwaves, the temperature sensor 3-2 transmits a detected real-time temperature of the rectangular inner tank 3-3 to the temperature display meter 5, after it is observed, by means of the temperature display meter 5, that the set reaction temperature is reached , the set reaction temperature is kept, and the biomass and the activated carbon fibers 3-1 react inside the rectangular outer tank 3-5; and oil, gas and other wastes generated during the reaction enter the cooling pipe 7 by means of the pipeline for being cooled to form a gas-oil mixture, the gas-oil mixture passes through the fluid filtration collector 9 such that the waste oil is separated and recovered, then the remaining waste gas enters the gas purifier 10 for filtration, and clean gas is released. When the set reaction time is reached, the work of the microwave heating tester 4 is stopped and the flow regulator 2 is turned off, and finally the generated biological activated carbon is taken out from the rectangular outer tank 3-5.

Claims (3)

CLAIMS:
1. A microwave biochar preparation device capable of recycling biomass oil, comprising a
protection device, a reaction device and a recovery device,
wherein the reaction device comprises a temperature sensor, a temperature display meter, a
quartz tank and a microwave heating tester, the quartz tank being arranged inside the microwave
heating tester, the quartz tank comprising a rectangular outer tank, a rectangular inner tank and a
fixing adjustment plate, wherein the rectangular inner tank and the fixing adjustment plate are both
arranged inside the rectangular outer tank, the rectangular inner tank contains biomass, a layer of
activated carbon fibers covers an outer surface of the rectangular inner tank, a plurality of strip-shape
grooves are provided in the bottom in the rectangular outer tank, and one end of the fixing adjustment
plate is inserted into one of the strip-shape grooves to enable the activated carbon fibers and the outer
surface of the rectangular inner tank to be pressed together; the temperature sensor being fixed inside
the rectangular inner tank, the temperature display meter being mounted outside the microwave
heating tester, and the temperature sensor being electrically connected to temperature display meter;
the protection device comprises a nitrogen generator and a flow regulator, a gas inlet of the flow
regulator being in sealed connection to an outlet end of the nitrogen generator, a gas outlet of the flow
regulator being connected to one end of a nitrogen pipeline, and the other end of the nitrogen pipeline
extending into the microwave heating tester and being in communication with the rectangular inner
tank; and
the recovery device comprises a cooling pipe, a fluid filtration collector and a gas purifier, the
cooling pipe comprising an inner pipe and an outer pipe, wherein the inner pipe is arranged inside the
outer pipe, a cooling water flowing space is formed between the inner pipe and the outer pipe, a water
outlet and a water inlet are provided in an outer surface of the outer pipe, and both the water outlet
and the water inlet are in communication with the cooling water flowing space; and one end of the
inner pipe is in communication with the interior of the microwave heating tester by means of a
pipeline, the other end of the inner pipe is in communication with an inlet of the fluid filtration
collector by means of a pipeline, and an outlet of the fluid filtration collector is in communication
with the gas purifier by means of a pipeline.
2. The microwave biochar preparation device capable of recycling the biomass oil according to
claim 1, wherein the number of the fluid filtration collectors is multiple, and the plurality of fluid
filtration collectors are connected in series by means of a pipeline.
3. The microwave biochar preparation device capable of recycling the biomass oil according to
claim 1, wherein the cooling pipe is made of stainless steel.
