Abstract

This invention discloses an automatic peeler, including a main machine body 10 which is provided with a working cavity 42, and a flip box 27 is rotatably set in said working cavity 42. Said flip box 27 is provided with a peeling cavity 34, and said peeling cavity 34 is provided with a peeling mechanism 51 that can peel a fruit 33; A driven shaft 25 is driven to rotate, thereby making a rotational block 28 rotate and making fruit 33 rotate. Meanwhile, the rotation of a screw shaft 23 pulls a threaded block 43 upward, and a peeling knife 32 peels the fruit 33. Upper and lower sides of said working cavity 42 are both provided with slide cavities 15 with same settings; wherein each of said slide cavities 15 is provided with one of steering mechanisms 52 to make cutters 22 to slice the fruit 33.

AN AUTOMATIC PEELER
TECHNICAL FIELD [0001] The present invention relates to the technical field of peeler, in particular to an automatic peeler.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION [0002] Fruit, refers to juicy and edible plant fruits with mainly sweet and sour taste, fruit not only contains rich nutrition, but also can promote digestion, so fruit is prepared in every family. Since fruit needs to be washed on its surface when eating, sometimes in order to make it much cleaner, it will be peeled. The traditional peeler is generally hand-operated type which needs manual peeling. This method is slow and laborious. Therefore, it is necessary to design an automatic peeler to solve the above problems.
BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION [0003] The aim of the invention is to provide an automatic peeler so as to overcome the above problems existing in the prior art.
[0004] An automatic peeler according to the invention comprises a main machine body which is provided with a working cavity; wherein a flip box is rotatably set in said working cavity; said flip box is provided with a peeling cavity, and said peeling cavity is provided with a peeling mechanism that can peel a fruit; wherein upper and lower sides of said peeling cavity are both provided with belt cavities with same settings, and upper and lower sides of said working cavity are both provided with slide cavities with same settings; wherein each of said slide cavities is provided with a respective one of steering mechanisms that can steer said flip box to make cutters to slice the fruit.

[0006] In a further technical proposal, said belt cavity at a top is rotatably provided with a power shaft, and a top end of said power shaft is in power connection with a power motor; wherein said power motor is slidably disposed on a ring cavity; wherein an outer wall of said power shaft is fixedly provided with a mechanism same with said power pulley in a circumferential direction, and the outer wall of said power shaft is fixedly provided with a fixed rotary disc in a circumferential direction; wherein a bottom end of said fixed rotary disc is provided with a rotary disc, and said rotary disc is in spline fit connection with said power shaft; wherein springs are elastically connected between said rotary disc and said fixed rotary disc; the power motor is activated to rotate the power shaft, thereby driving the screw shaft to rotate by the belts, thereby making the threaded block move up and down; meanwhile, the driven shaft and the power shaft are rotated to make the rotary disc and the rotational block rotate, so that the fruit is rotated, and the peeling knife abuts against an outer surface of the fruit for peeling.

[0008] At an initial state, the fruit is at an extreme position, and the cutters are at the rear of the fixed block.
[0009] When in use, the rotary disc is pressed upward, and the fruit is placed between the rotary disc and the power shaft; after placement, the power motor is activated to make the power shaft drive the rotation of the rotary disc and the rotation of the screw shaft, and the driven shaft is driven to rotated by the screw shaft through the the belts, thereby making the rotational block rotate, making the fruit rotate; meanwhile, the rotation of the screw shaft pulls the threaded block upward, and the peeling knife is pressed against the fruit; the peeling knife is always pressed against an outer surface of the fruit by the tightening action of the tension spring; at this time, the peeling knife peels the fruit due to the rotation of the fruit; after the peeling is completed, the slicing motor is activated to rotate the power gear, so that the racks pull the intermediate gears and the flip gears to rotate; the rotation of the flip gears drive the flip box to rotate, thereby rotating the fruit to a side; at the same time, the fixed block drives the cutters to rotate, and the slicing motor continues to rotate, thereby making the cutters slice the fruit; after slicing, the power motor and slicing motor are reversed to reset the device.
[0010] The benefits of the invention are as follows: compared with traditional handoperated peelers, the invention can automatically peel fruits, eliminating the manual operation and saving manpower; also, the invention has various features, and the cutters can slice fruits after the slicing motor is activated; besides after fruits are peeled; moreover, the invention is characterized by simple structure, convenient operation and easy promotion.

Claims (4)

1. An automatic peeler, comprising:
a main machine body which is provided with a working cavity, wherein a flip box is rotatably set in said working cavity;
said flip box provided with a peeling cavity which is provided with a peeling mechanism that can peel a fruit:
wherein upper and lower sides of said peeling cavity are both provided with belt cavities with same settings, and upper and lower sides of said working cavity are both provided with slide cavities with same settings;
each of said slide cavities provided with a respective one of steering mechanisms;
whereby said flip box is steered by the steering mechanisms to make cutters to slice the fruit.
2. The automatic peeler as defined in claim 1, wherein said peeling mechanism comprises a screw shaft that is rotatably disposed between said belt cavities in a vertically symmetrical manner;
taking said belt cavity at a bottom as an example for detailed description, a bottom end of said screw shaft is fixedly provided with one of driven pulleys located in one of said belt cavities, and said driven pulleys are arranged in a vertically symmetrical manner;
wherein one of said belt cavities is rotatably provided with a driven shaft, and an outer wall of said driven shaft is fixedly provided with a power pulley in a circumferential direction;
said power pulley is in power connection with one of said driven pulleys through one of belts, and a top end of said driven shaft is fixedly provided with a rotational block located in said peeling cavity;

a threaded block is slidably set in said peeling cavity, and said threaded block is in threaded fit connection with said screw shaft;
wherein an end of said threaded block is hinged with a rotary plate, and a tension spring is elastically connected between said rotary plate and said threaded block;
a first end of said rotary plate is fixedly provided with a peeling knife.
3. The automatic peeler as defined in claim 2, wherein said belt cavity at a top is rotatably provided with a power shaft, and a top end of said power shaft is in power connection with a power motor;
said power motor is slidably disposed on a ring cavity;
an outer wall of said power shaft is fixedly provided with a mechanism same with said power pulley in a circumferential direction, and the outer wall of said power shaft is fixedly provided with a fixed rotary disc in a circumferential direction;
wherein a bottom end of said fixed rotary disc is provided with a rotary disc, and said rotary disc is in spline fit connection with said power shaft;
springs are elastically connected between said rotary disc and said fixed rotary disc;
whereby the power motor is activated to rotate the power shaft, thereby driving the screw shaft to rotate by the belts, thereby making the threaded block move up and down, meanwhile, the driven shaft and the power shaft are rotated to make the rotary disc and the rotational block rotate, so that the fruit is rotated, and the peeling knife abuts against an outer surface of the fruit for peeling.
4. The automatic peeler as defined in claim 1, wherein said steering mechanisms comprise rack slots disposed on two end walls of said slide cavities;
wherein racks that penetrate through said slide cavities are slidably set in said rack slots;

wherein an end surface of said fixed block is fixedly provided with three groups of the cutters with the same setting, so that said cutters are used to slice said fruit;
a bottom wall of said working cavity is fixedly provided with a slicing motor, and a bottom end of said slicing motor is in power connection with a power gear;
said power gear is located in one of said slide cavities and is engaged with on of said racks;
whereby the slicing motor is activated to drive the power gear to rotate, making the racks move toward two sides, so that the intermediate gears are rotated,and the flip gears are driven to rotate, so that the flip box is rotated, and the cutters slice the fruit.
