Abstract

Abstract The present application provides a preparation method of antibacterial down feather. 5 According to the method, firstly a natural antibacterial micro capsule auxiliary is obtained due to preparation through a micro capsule wrapping method, then pre-oxidization modification is performed on a down feather product, finally, the antibacterial micro capsule auxiliary is grafted onto the down feather product through an enzymatic cross-linking reaction of glutamine transaminase, and therefore the down feather product having a long-acting, environment-friendly, 10 and broad-spectrum antibacterial effect is achieved.

Preparation Method of Antibacterial Down Feather
Technical Field
The present invention relates to the technical field of textile materials, and more particularly relates to a preparation method of antibacterial down feather.
Background Art
In recent years, a down feather product is increasingly loved by customers due to its excellent lightweight and warm-keeping characteristics. In the fields of both clothing or home textiles, the market of products such as down coats, down quilts and down pillows is increasingly wider, and the acceptability of the customers is increasingly higher. Down feather commonly seen in the current market originally is duck down and goose down, both belonging to protein fiber and being natural nutrient substances of bacteria and mould, and bacteria are bred very easily. Especially, in order to obtain good down penetration resistance, some fabric adopts a high count and high density manner with the assistance of a special after-finishing technology, breathable performance of the fabric is lowered, bacteria are commonly anaerobic, and thus, in an environment poor in breathability, the bacteria can be bred more easily. Along with constant pursuing of people for environment-friendly and healthy life, more customers start to pay attention to the antibacterial and bacteriostasis performance of products, thus some down feather antibacterial and bacteriostasis technologies also occur in the field of down feather products, and more researchers are committed to research and development of antibacterial and bacteriostasis down feather products.
A method for padding a silver-loaded nanometer antibacterial agent is disclosed in
CN 103882723A; a method for dipping or spraying a chitin solution is disclosed in CN105862434A, and antibacterial performance of natural antibacterial substance chitin is adopted to prepare antibacterial and bacteriostasis down feather fiber. For an existing antibacterial and bacteriostasis down feather technology, an antibacterial agent is finished on the surface of the
2018102132 11 Jul 2018 down feather fiber mostly by adopting a dipping or spraying method, down feather is endowed with certain antibacterial performance within a short period of time due to the method, but because the surface of the down feather fiber has a compact water-repellency structural layer, such a type of antibacterial agent cannot be soaked into the down feather fiber, washability and long-acting performance of the antibacterial down feather are extremely poor, and requirements of the customers cannot be met. A method for finishing chitin and nanometer titanium dioxide on down feather fiber by utilizing an adhesive is disclosed in CN104947209A, the method makes the down feather fiber obtain a long antibacterial and bacteriostasis effect, but after treatment by the adhesive, filling power of the down feather product can be greatly lowered, and a warm keeping degree and a comfort degree of the down feather product are seriously affected.
Summary of the Invention
The present invention provides antibacterial down feather and a preparation method thereof aiming at the above problems. According to the method, firstly a natural antibacterial nanometer micro capsule auxiliary is obtained due to preparation through a micro capsule wrapping method, then pre-oxidization modification is performed on a down feather product, finally, the antibacterial micro capsule auxiliary is grafted onto the down feather product through an enzymatic cross-linking reaction of glutamine transaminase, and therefore the down feather product having a long-acting, environment-friendly, and broad-spectrum antibacterial effect is achieved.

The preparation method of the antibacterial down feather comprises the following steps:
step 1, cleaning down feather, wherein the down feather, water and a degreasing agent are mixed, and water washing is performed;
step 2, performing pre-oxidization on the down feather, wherein the down feather after being subjected to water washing in step 1, water and an oxidizing agent are mixed, and pre-oxidization is performed;

Further, a mass ratio of the water to the down feather in step 1 is 1: (40 to 60), a using quantity of the degreasing agent is 3 to 5 g/L, water washing time is 30 min, and temperature is 30 to 50°C.
Further, the degreasing agent is a nonionic surface active agent, and is selected from one or more of fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, ethylenediamine polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene block polyether, polysiloxane polyether copolymer, alkylolamides or alkyl glycoside 1618.
Further, a mass ratio of the water to the down feather in step 2 is 1: (20 to 40), a using quantity of the oxidizing agent is 1 to 2 g/L, pre-oxidizing time is 30 min, temperature is 20 to 25°C, and pH is 3.5.

Further, the plant extract or essential oil with antibacterial activity is an extract or essential oil of thyme, cloves, cinnamon bark, star anise, Chinese juniper, artemisia argyi, aloe, licorice root, tea leaves, pericarpium granati, rhizoma coptidis, fructus litseae, rosemary, herba houttuyniae, radix et rhizoma rhei, radix Scutellariae, indigowoad leaves, cortex phellodendri, radix scrophulariae, fructus forsythiae, rhizoma anemarrhenae, herba verbenae, dark plums, roots of Chinese pulsatilla, herba artemisiae scopariae or herba taraxaci.

Beneficial effects:
1. The natural antibacterial agent is made into the antibacterial nanometer micro capsule through a micro capsule wrapping technology, then the antibacterial nanometer micro capsule adheres to pre-oxidized down feather fiber through treatment, compared with a traditional technology that an antibacterial agent is directly treated onto down feather fiber through an adhesive, due to slow release performance of the micro capsule wrapping technology, the down feather fiber of the present invention is more sustainable in antibacterial effect, better long-acting antibacterial performance is obtained, meanwhile, compared with a traditional organic and inorganic composited antibacterial agent, the preferable natural antibacterial agent is more environmentally friendly, and influences on human health are smaller.
2. Natural protein is preferably selected as a raw material of the micro capsule wall material of the present invention, micro capsule particles are grafted onto the surface of the down feather fiber due to the enzymatic cross-linking reaction of the glutamine transaminase, combination between the micro capsule and the down feather fiber is firmer, an antibacterial effect of the natural antibacterial agent can be further improved, and utilizing efficiency of the antibacterial agent is improved. Besides, the glutamine transaminase can also catalyze the enzymatic cross-linking reaction between the down feather protein fiber, and lowering of filling power due to pre-oxidization treatment of the down feather fiber can be prevented.

Step 1: Water washing: a mixture with a mass ratio of water to down feather being 40: 1 is added into a water washing machine, a 3 g/L degreasing agent fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether is added, temperature is 30°C, and water washing is performed for 30 min.
Step 2: Pre-oxidization: the down feather after being subjected to water washing is added into the water washing machine according to a mass ratio of water to the down feather being 20:1, a using quantity of added H2O2 is 1 g/L, temperature is room temperature, pH is 3.5, and rotating is performed for 30 min.
Step 3: Preparation and dispersion of a micro capsule: the antibacterial micro capsule is prepared through a complex phase emulsion method, a wall material of the micro capsule is casein, and a core material is an essential oil mixture of thyme, cloves, cinnamon bark and star anise according to a ratio of 1: 1: 1: 1. Filling power of the down feather is tested according to content of the national standard GB/T 14272-2002 and the industry standard FZ/T 81002-2002. A GB/T 20944.3 standard method is adopted for antibacterial performance of the down feather fiber to test a down feather fiber bacteriostasis rate in the embodiments and comparative examples.

It can be seen from data in the above chart that the antibacterial micro capsule is finished on the down feather after being pre-oxidized and after glutamine transaminase is added and an enzymatic cross-linking reaction happens, the down feather has good antibacterial and 5 bacteriostasis performance, and meanwhile, the filling power of the down feather after being finished is also improved to a certain extent; after the antibacterial liquid after being wrapped by the micro capsule is finished onto the down feather, an antibacterial and bacteriostasis effect of the down feather is better, and the antibacterial effect is more sustainable; after water washing is performed for ten times, the down feather still keeps good antibacterial performance, and 10 bacteriostasis performance is more sustainable. Besides, pre-oxidization on the down feather and an enzymatic cross-linking effect of glutamine transaminase are favorable for improvement of the
2018102132 11 Jul 2018 antibacterial and bacteriostasis performance of the down feather, which is due to the fact that the pre-oxidization effect improves reactivity of substances on the surface of the down feather, a fixation rate of the micro capsule is increased, the enzymatic cross-linking reaction of glutamine transaminase makes a grafting reaction occur between the wall material of the micro capsule and 5 the down feather, the fixation efficiency of the micro capsule can be improved, and the antibacterial performance of the down feather is improved.

  1. Claims
    1. A preparation method of antibacterial down feather, comprising the following steps:
    5 step 1, cleaning down feather, wherein the down feather, water and a degreasing agent are mixed, and water washing is performed;
    step 2, performing pre-oxidization on the down feather, wherein the down feather after being subjected to water washing in step 1, water and an oxidizing agent are mixed, and pre-oxidization is performed;
    10 step 3, performing preparation and dispersion of an antibacterial nanometer micro capsule, wherein a plant extract or essential oil with antibacterial activity is made into the antibacterial nanometer micro capsule through a complex phase emulsion method, and then the antibacterial nanometer micro capsule is made into dispersion liquid; and step 4, performing crosslinking on the down feather, wherein the down feather after being
    15 subjected to pre-oxidization in step 2, the dispersion liquid obtained in step 3, water and glutamine transaminase are mixed, a reaction is performed, and then the antibacterial down feather is obtained.
