FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a kind of pharmaceutical synthesis plant, more particularly, relates to strengthen rosin sizing agent production plant.
GENERAL BACKGROUND
Strengthen rosin sizing agent is mainly used as a paper sizing agent. It can also be made directly into the emulsion. Users can avoid gelatin, plastic process. The emulsion is stable, which can be stored for several months without precipitation. Most of the existing production plant processes are complex. Thus, as a paper sizing agent, the advantages and disadvantages of production equipment of strengthen rosin sizing agent have a great economic significant for improving product quality and reducing the by-product contents.
SUMMARY
The purpose of the present invention is to provide strengthen rosin sizing agent production plant, including: high temperature reactor (DI01), cooling curing tank (Fl 01), pulverizer (LI 01), vibrating screen (LI 02), receiving tank (Fl 02), saponification kettle (DI02), rotary feeder (LI03), tank (Fl03), heater (Bl01), air blower (JI01), spray drying tower (LI04), exhaust gas recoverer (LI05); among them, tank (Fl03) is used to store sodium hydroxide, cooling curing tank (Fl01) is connected respectively to high temperature reactor (DI01) and pulverizer (LI01), tank (Fl03) is connected to saponification kettle (DI02); among them, nominal volume of high temperature reactor (DI01) is 330-350 L, inner pot diameter of saponification kettle (D102) is 710-730 mm, cylinder diameter of tank (F103) is 800-820 mm.
Strengthen rosin sizing agent production plant, the production process is: added 100 parts of rosin into high temperature reactor D101, heated and melted at 110-120 °C, after all of the rosin is melted, added maleic anhydride, stirred and raised the temperature to 150-156 °C, reacted for 3-4 h, discharged while hot, put into cooling curing tank F101, after the rosin is sufficiently cooled and solidified, crushed
