Abstract

An anti-falling hoist transmission comprises a reel (3), a planetary gear train, a clutch, a right brake, a left brake, a motor (25), a high-speed shaft (28), a transmission gear mechanism, a duplex gear pump (34), an oil tank (33), and a two-position four-way solenoid directional valve (32). During normal lifting, the left and right brakes are in a non-braking state, the clutch is engaged, and the motor controls the rotational speed of the reel (3) by means of the planetary gear train. In case of a sudden power failure accompanied by a brake failure, the clutch disengages, and the left and right brakes perform braking, the planetary gear train changes into a fixed-axis gear train, the left and right brakes respectively stop a sun gear (4) and a planetary gear carrier (7), and ultimately the reel (3) is stopped. When the rotational speed of the reel (3) is close to zero, the duplex gear pump (34) stops working, the left brake is released, a load continues to rotate the reel (3), and the duplex gear pump (34) continues to work. The process is repeated continuously until the load lands at a low speed. By means of the structure, the hoist transmission of the invention can prevent an accident caused by a load landing at a high speed in case of a sudden power failure accompanied by a brake failure.

DESCRIPTION ANTI-FALLING HOIST TRANSMISSION FIELD OF THE INVENTION
[00011 The present invention relates to an anti-falling hoist transmission, and particularly relates to a transmission which can implement flexible deceleration braking of a hoist in case of a sudden power failure accompanied by a brake failure, thereby preventing the hoist from falling off directly and further preventing equipment damage and even casualties.
DESCRIPTION OF RELATED ART
[0002J A hoist is used for hoisting a load from a lower place to a higher place and is widely applied to various industries such as factories, mines, ports, steel and electric power. For the hoist, a motor is generally used for driving a speed reducer, and then, the speed reducer drives a reel to wind a steel wire rope so as to hoist cargoes. If a sudden power failure occurs due to a circuit failure, the hoist loses power, and the cargoes quickly fall down under the action of gravity, thereby easily causing equipment damage and even casualties. Therefore, the hoist is provided with a braking device which has a conventional braking function and is also used for implementing braking in case of a sudden power failure so as to prevent accidents. If the braking device fails, a landing accident will inevitably occur in case of a sudden power failure.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
Technical Problem
[0003] The objective of the present invention is to provide an anti-falling function hoist transmission so as to overcome the defects in the existing technologies. The device can implement flexible deceleration braking of the hoist in case of a sudden power failure accompanied by a brake failure, and finally, cargoes can land flexibly and slowly.

the planetary gear train comprises an internal gear, a planetary gear, a planetary gear carrier and a sun gear, the internal gear is fixedly connected to an end part of the reel, the sun gear is fixedly mounted on the central shaft, the planetary gear carrier is mounted on the central shaft by means of a planetary gear carrier bearing, the planetary gear is mounted on the planetary gear carrier, and the planetary gear is respectively meshed with the internal gear and the sun gear;
the clutch comprises a clutch housing, a clutch internal friction plate set, a clutch external friction plate set, a thrust bearing, a clutch piston and a clutch oil cylinder, the clutch internal friction plate set is connected to an extension shaft of the planetary gear carrier by means of a spline, the clutch external friction plate set is connected to the clutch housing by means of a spline, one end of the clutch piston extends into the clutch oil cylinder, and the thrust bearing is mounted between the other end of the clutch piston and the clutch internal friction plate set;
the right brake comprises a right brake spring, a right brake housing, a right brake external friction plate set and a right brake internal friction plate set, the right brake housing is fixedly connected to a rack, the right brake external friction plate set is connected to the right brake housing by means of a spline, the right brake internal friction plate set is connected to the extension shaft of the planetary gear carrier by means of a spline, one end of the right brake spring is fixedly connected to the clutch oil cylinder, and the other end of the right brake spring is connected to the right brake external friction plate set;
the clutch piston is fixedly connected to the right brake external friction plate set by means of a connecting rod;
the left brake comprises a left brake housing, a left brake internal friction plate set , a left brake external friction plate set, a left brake oil cylinder, a left brake piston and a left brake spring, the left brake oil cylinder and the left brake housing are fixedly connected to the rack, the left brake internal friction plate set is connected to the central shaft by means of a spline, the left brake external friction plate set is connected to the left brake housing by means of a spline, one end of the left brake piston extends into the left brake oil cylinder, the other end of the left brake piston is connected to the left brake external friction plate set, one end of the left brake spring is connected to the left brake oil cylinder, the other end of the left brake spring is connected to the left brake piston, and
the motor is connected to the high-speed shaft by means of a coupler I;
the transmission gear mechanism comprises a gear I, a gear III, a gear IV and a gear II, the gear I and the gear III are fixedly mounted on the high-speed shaft, the gear IV is mounted on the extension shaft of the planetary gear carrier by means of a bearing of the gear IV, the gear IV is meshed with the gear III, the clutch housing is fixedly connected to the gear IV, the gear II is fixedly mounted on the central shaft, and the gear II is meshed with the gear I;
an input shaft of the duplex gear pump is connected to the high-speed shaft by means of a coupler II, an oil inlet of the duplex gear pump is connected to the oil box, and a front pump oil outlet of the duplex gear pump is connected to the left brake, the clutch and the right brake through a lubricating oil inlet pipeline; and
a rear pump oil outlet of the duplex gear pump is connected to an oil inlet of the two position four-way solenoid directional valve, a working port I of the two-position four way solenoid directional valve is connected to the left brake oil cylinder by means of a left brake pressure oil pipeline, a working port II of the two-position four-way solenoid directional valve is connected to the clutch oil cylinder through a clutch pressure oil pipeline, and an oil return port of the two-position four-way solenoid directional valve is connected to the oil box.
2. The anti-falling hoist transmission according to claim 1, wherein the lubricating oil inlet pipeline is provided with an overflow valve I, and the overflow valve Iis connected to the oil box.

The anti-falling hoist transmission according to claim 1 or claim 2, wherein the pipeline by which the rear pump oil outlet of the duplex gear pump is connected to the oil inlet of the two-position four-way solenoid directional valve is provided with an overflow valve II, and the overflow valve II is connected to the oil box.
