Description

EXERCISE APPARATUS ENABLING A HIP-UP EXERCISE TO BE PERFORMED FIELD OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to an exercise apparatus, 5 more particularly, an easy to store and carry exercise apparatus that enables a hip-up exercise to be performed. The present invention allows one to enjoy exercise without regard to place, and enables one to exercise at an optimum state according to the body condition and exercise method of a user. 10 BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION Human desire for a beautiful appearance is not just a recent trend. Rather, consistent efforts have been made to look more beautiful and healthy. More recently, efforts have 15 been made to receive attention for having a beautiful body as well as beautiful face. To obtain a beautiful body, people make great efforts in both diet and body management regardless of sex or age. Most important thing in a person's bodily appearance can 20 be balance. Even though one is short or is not skinny, one can give a sufficiently good sense of figure to others if one keeps a balanced body, which may allow one to look much skinnier or relatively tall. The most important parts of a body's balance can be the body line and hip line. A hip with 25 suitably height and volume helps legs look long and slim. 1 In general, the amount of muscles slowly decreases from a person's thirties, and the muscles further decline after a person's sixties, so if one doesn't maintain a steady exercise habit, the buttocks muscles rapidly decrease, resulting in 5 sagging hips. In order to maintain toned hips with beautiful lines, it is necessary to do effective exercise for hip muscles. The present invention calls this type of exercise a hip-up exercise. For hip-up, it is good to do exercise that enables 10 hip muscles to contract, but in daily life it is difficult to expect this type of exercise. In particular, in modern life where physical activities are noticeably decreased, it is difficult to expect repetitive exercise for contraction and relaxation of hip muscles. Therefore, extra exercise for hip 15 up or a special apparatus for hip-up can be necessary. It is difficult to find a piece of simple exercise equipment that assists hip-up exercise effectively, intensively and in a suitable form. However, even though fitness centers with fitness apparatus generally have a hip-up 20 exercise apparatus, the size is so big, the price is very high, the possible exercise positions are also extremely limited, and the exercise method is simple enough to be used at home. Therefore, it is necessary to provide a relatively simple apparatus that can easily be used at home, and that enables an 25 effective hip-up exercise to be done. 2 A utility model registered in Korea as 20-0437463 discloses a piece of exercise apparatus using a sliding material and elastic bands, and describes that it is possible to do exercises for the whole body such as arms, legs, abdomen, 5 etc., and that heart and lung function can be enhanced by running and walking with arms and legs fixed by sliding material and connected by elastic bands. Also, an exercise apparatus with power bands according to the utility model registered in Korea as 20-0437463, is 10 composed of: a first fixed part holding calves; axis fixing bands which couples with axis horizontally at the outside center of the first fixed part; elastic bands fixed inside the axis fixing bands in width of minimally less length than the axis fixing bands and which enables sliding to the outside; 15 connection rings which are connected to the other side of the elastic bands; and second fixed part which the connection rings are fixed at and which holds the wrists. The utility model registered in Korea as 20-0437463 describes that exercise for the whole body such as arms, legs, 20 abdomen, etc., is possible by using an exercise apparatus with power bands, but it simply describes that muscle exercise for arms and legs by using elastic bands is possible and it never mentions a hip-up exercise involving contraction of hip muscles, and its form composed is unsuitable to intensive 25 exercise for hip muscles. 3 Even though muscle exercise is done incorporating body motion in a state that one end is grabbed with hands and the other is worn on the feet, it is very difficult to expect a sufficient amount of exercise for hip muscles with this motion, 5 and even more, an intensive hip-up exercise can never be expected. It can be thought that muscle exercise for the hip is performed as legs move with elastic bands fixed at a separate object, but the motion form, in fact, cannot be recollected 10 because it was not even roughly disclosed, and it is more difficult to expect a type of exercise suitable to physical conditions of a user can be performed. DETAILED EXPLANATION OF THE INVENTION 15 Technical Objectives The present invention was devised to solve the above mentioned problems, and an embodiment of the present invention provides an exercise apparatus which helps enjoy exercise without regard to place because it is easy to store and carry, 20 and which enables one to do exercise at an optimum state according to the body condition and exercise method of a user. Means of Solving the Problems A preferred embodiment of the present invention provides 25 an exercise apparatus enabling a hip-up exercise to be 4 performed, characterized by comprising: a base plate on which a part of the body of a user is placed; a base frame which is coupled to the base plate and disposed on the ground; a support frame which is arranged to be held by a user, and 5 which is rotatably coupled to the base frame and fixed at a predetermined angle; and an elastic band assembly which interconnects the support frame and the legs of the user, and which is elastically transformable. 10 Advantageous Effect of the Invention According to the above mentioned, the present invention provides the advantages as follows: First, the structure is easy to store by equipping a base plate so that a user can know the body support position and 15 place the body on it, and by coupling a base frame to a support frame and fixing them at a predetermined angle, and an optimum position for a hip-up exercise is selectable by adjusting the posture according to disposing a support frame on the ground and according to being placed on a base plate. 20 Second, by forming wearable bands composing an elastic band assembly so that they can be worn on a user's thighs, effective hip-up exercise can be performed when doing leg exercise by elasticity of connection bands, and exchange can be possible in order of size by forming wearable bands 25 separable from connection bands. 5 Third, by forming a number of support connection rings coupling to an elastic band assembly on the support frame and by forming connection bands of adjustable lengths, it is possible to select a good position suitable to the body 5 conditions and exercise posture and to maintain the posture. Fourth, when forming a base frame and a support frame, better use can be made by forming them with variable size and adjustable length. Fifth, by forming the base plate parallel to the ground, 10 it can be expected to maintain a stable posture thereby preventing a cause of pain. Sixth, since a base frame and support frame are folded with each other and the size can be minimized, it can provide the advantage of easy storage. 15 Lastly, by forming axis arm and base connection rings, various types of hip-up exercises which are most suitable to hip-up can be performed with one device. The base plate 100 is a part on which a user's feet step, by which the knees are supported, or on which a user's back is placed, and is composed with relatively soft material so as for a user to be able to use in a comfortable posture. The 10 additional explanation on the base plate 100 will be described later. The base frame 200 coupled with the base plate 100, forming in a flat form, and placed on the ground, composes the bottom part of the device, supports the base plate 100 and 15 couples to the support frame 300. The base frame 200 is mainly formed in a rectangular form and it is desirable to be composed of a metal material in order to support a user's weight in a sufficiently stable form. Depending on the size (length) of the base frame 200 the 20 distance between the base plate 100 and the support frame 300 is determined, and it is desirable to form a little longer than the arm length of a user. In using a device according to the present invention, the support frame 300 is formed perpendicularly long based on the 25 base frame 200, not used in a form maintained in a 11 perpendicular direction at all times, but is formed to maintain more rotated or less rotated at a predetermined angle based on the base frame 200. That is, the part interconnected with the base frame 200 becomes an axis, formed rotatable, but 5 it is formed to be able to be fixed in a state that maintains the fixed state in a perpendicular direction or that maintains a state close to perpendicularity. In order for the support frame 300 to maintain a constant angle on the base frame 200, it can be formed, as shown in 10 Figure 1(a), so that a stop pin 600 and a stop hole 230, 340 can be used. The stop pin 600 is formed to be inserted into stop holes 230, 340 formed on the base frame 200 and the support frame 300, and the stop holes 230, 340 are formed so that both come into line when the support frame 300 is nearly 15 placed in a vertical position, then insertion of the stop pin 600 into the stop holes 230, 340 can fix the support frame 300. The fixation of the support frame 300, as shown in Figure 1(b), can be done by using a stop arm 700. One end of the stop arm 700 is coupled to either the base frame 200 or the support 20 frame 300 in a rotatable form, and the other not coupled to the stop arm 700 is formed with stop lugs 240 in order for the other end of the stop arm 700 to be connected. Or, a hydraulic shock absorber which connects the base frame 200 and the support frame 300 can be used, and the 25 fixation of the support frame 300 can be done in various forms. 12 Differently from the above mentioned form, the support frame 300 can be composed of in a form where maintaining a constant angle based on the base frame 200 is adjustable. That is, the support frame 300 is not fixed in a state which 5 maintains a specific angle based on the base frame 200, but can be formed so that the angle is adjustable. To do this, the stop holes 230, 340 are made to be formed at various positions on the base frame 200 or the support frame 300, or to be formed so that they can be connected to 10 the stop lugs 240 in an order of unit section in a long direction of the stop arm 700. The support frame 300 is formed vertically long, and at one side a part with which the elastic band assembly 400 can be combined is formed, and at the top a handle bar 320 which a 15 user can grab for supporting is provided. The part of the support frame 300 connected to the elastic band assembly 400 is formed in height of 50-100cm from the ground, and it is desirable to form at a height near the thigh of a user. The elastic band assembly 400 is made to be transformable 20 and be formed so that the support frame 300 can connect a user's legs. The user lets the legs be connected to one end of the elastic band assembly 400 and the support frame 300 is made to connect to the other end of the elastic band assembly 400, and then the user can do exercise, applying force in a 25 direction where the elastic band assembly stretches. 13 As mentioned above, a user can place a part of the body on the base plate 100 and take a pose of using the apparatus according to the present invention, and the user can perform a hip-up exercise by using elasticity with the elastic band 5 assembly 400 tensile. In order to effectively perform hip-up exercise maintaining a stable posture is necessary, and in particular, even during doing hip muscle exercise with the elastic band assembly tensile, optimum contraction exercise not for other muscles but for hip muscles has to be enabled to 10 be performed. The present invention distributes the body weight through the base plate 100 and the support frame 300 which has adjusted to a state suitable to use, helps a user maintain a stable posture, and helps a user maintain such posture during 15 hip muscle exercise, and helps intensive exercise for hip muscles be performed. For example, an exercise apparatus 1 enabling a hip-up exercise to be performed according to the present invention enables the base plate 100 to be furnished so that a user can 20 understand and locate the support position of the body, and enables the base frame 200 and the support frame 300 to be rotatable each other and to be fixed at a predetermined angle, so the present invention is basically composed of a structure easy to store and a user may select an optimum position for 25 hip-up exercise by adjusting the posture thereof when holding 14 the support frame 300 and placing the body part thereof on the base plate 100. Figure 3 shows an oblique side view of an elastic band assembly 400 used in the exercise apparatus 1 enabling a hip 5 up exercise to be performed shown in Figure 1 (a), and Figure 4(a) and Figure 4(b) illustrates an oblique side view of a preferred embodiment which shows an elastic band assembly 400 as another example of the present invention. In an exercise apparatus 1 enabling a hip-up exercise to 10 be performed according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the elastic band assembly 400 is composed of, comprising: wearable bands 410 which can be worn on the thighs of a user, with a band connection ring 411 formed on the outside surface; first hook 420 connected to the band 15 connection ring 411; second hook 430 connected to the support frame 300; and a connection band 440 which connects the first hook 420 to second hook 430, and which is formed to be elastically transformable. In addition, several support connection rings 310 20 enabling the second hook 430 to connect are formed on the support frame 300, and the several support connection rings 310 are formed in the direction of the support frame 300. And the connection band 440 is made so that the length can be adjustable at the state where transformation does not 25 occur elastically. 15 The elastic band assembly 400 is mainly divided into the wearable bands 410 which are worn on the user's legs and the connection band 440 which is stretched with elasticity when the user's exercise. 5 The wearable band 410 is worn on the thigh of a user and is formed big enough to be worn for the thigh of ordinary adults. If a user uses the wearable bands 410 with them fixed at the knees or below the height of the knees, the posture for exercise is uncomfortable as well as the efficiency of 10 exercise may greatly be decreased, so it is desirable to use them with them worn on part of the thigh. It is desirable to form the wearable band 410 so as to have a relatively soft face because it is to be worn on the body, and in order not to cause unnecessary pain to the thigh 15 it is desirable to use a flexible material. The wearable band 410 is formed 5~20cm wide. The wearable band 410 may be formed with ordinary Velcro attached so as to be able to be worn tightly at the circumference of the user's leg. 20 On the outside surface of the wearable band 410, a band connection ring 411 which is connected to the first hook 420 is formed. The first hook 420 and second hook 430 are a part that is connected to the wearable band 410 and the support frame 300, 25 and consist of detachable structure. The first hook 420 and 16 the second hook 430 may consist of a form of an ordinary hook with a spring (not shown) included, so may consist of a structure that the connection part is open on connection and that the connection part is connected after connection. 5 The first hook 420 and second hook 430 consist of the both ends of the connection band 440, and the connection band consists of an elastically transformable form. The connection band 440 can be made of natural rubber, latex, artificial rubber, synthetic rubber, metal spring, etc. 10 The connection band 440 with the first hook 420 and second hook 430 coupled can be connected to the wearable band 410 and support frame 300 with one, but in case that more intensive amount of exercise is needed, multiple bands more than two may be connected for use 15 In the support frame 300, several support connection rings 310 to be connected the second hook 430 are formed, and are positioned along the direction of the support frame 300. It is desirable to form the several support connection rings 310 at the height suitable to a position of the thigh of a 20 user. The several support connection rings 310 are formed in order for a user to be able to select a position suitable to the body condition of the user. The support connection rings 310 may be formed in a form fixed at the support frame 300, may be formed in a rotatable 25 form different from the above, or may be formed in a form of 17 cave-in or lug after cave-in. That is, the lug or fixed form of the support connection rings 310 may be formed to be transformable not to act as an obstacle in using the device according to the present invention. This is the same in a base 5 connection ring 210 described later. The connection band 440 can be formed in a fixed form as shown in Figure 3, and can be formed in order for the length to be adjustable as shown in Figure 4(a) and Figure 4(b). Figure 4(a) shows a form of the connection band 440 10 consisting of a structure like an ordinary bag strap. Figure 4(b) shows another form of an adjustor 450 for adjusting the length of the connection band 440. The adjustor 45 is composed of an adjustor case 451 accommodating a part of the connection band 440, an adjustor 15 cap 452 covering the top part of the adjustor case 451, and an adjustor bar 453 adjusting the exposed length of the connection band 440. The adjustor case 451 is formed in a round form in order to be stored with the connection band 440 wound, and an 20 adjustor slit 451a for the connection band 440 to be drawn is formed in one end. The adjustor bar 453 is coupled to the end of the connection band 440 which maintains a reeled-form inside the adjustor case, and is formed to be able to be rotated in a 25 state exposed to the outside of the adjustor cap 452. 18 On the adjustor cap 452 multiple adjustor grooves 452a enabling to be stored in a state where the adjustor bar 453 is rotated are formed, and the multiple adjustor grooves 452a are formed along the circumference direction in order for the 5 adjustor bar 453 to be inserted at a predetermined position. It is desirable to form the adjustor grooves 452a to the extent that they can be inserted tightly by force so that the adjustor bar 453 does not easily evade. For example, after a user draws the connection band 440 10 which maintains a reeled-form within the adjustor case 451 to the extent the user wants, the user can fix the connection band 440 by using the adjustor bar 453 and adjustor groove 452a. As mentioned above, by forming the wearable bands 410, 15 consisting of the elastic band assembly 400, to be able to be worn on the thighs of a user, effective hip-up exercise can be performed when a user is doing leg exercise by use of elasticity of the connection band 440, and by forming the wearable band 410 and connection band 440 separable, a user 20 can change it by size and control the strength wanted. In addition, several support connection rings 310 connected to the elastic band assembly 400 on the support frame 300 are made to be formed and the connection band 440 is formed for the length to be able to be adjustable, so 25 selecting a position suitable to body condition and exercise 19 pose of a user and maintaining the posture is possible. Figure 5 illustrates an oblique side view of another preferred embodiment which shows an exercise apparatus 1 enabling a hip-up exercise to be performed as another example 5 of the present invention. An exercise apparatus 1 enabling a hip-up exercise to be performed according to the present invention is made to be divided into a fixed base frame 200a connected to the support frame 300, and an extended support frame 300b which is 10 connected to the base plate 100 and which is length-adjustable. Also, the support frame 300 is made to be divided into a fixed support frame 300a which is connected to the base frame 200, and an extended base frame 200b which is length adjustable on the fixed support frame 300a. 15 It is desirable that the base frame 200 is formed to be divided into the fixed base frame 200a and the extended base frame 200b. The fixed base frame 200a and the extended base frame 200b are formed to be able to be fixed by one inserted into 20 the other, several of base adjustor holes 220 are formed on the fixed base frame 200a and the extended base frame 200b, and tightening a nail screw 800 into the base adjustor hole 220 makes the connection of both. The support frame 300 is also formed in a similar form of 25 the base frame 200, and the fixed support frame 300a and 20 extended support frame 300b are made to be fixed by one being inserted into the other. And several support adjustor holes 330 enabling a nail screw 800 to be coupled are formed on the fixed support frame 300a and extended support frame 300b. The 5 nail screw 800 can be made like an ordinary screw for screwed connection, or the head part of the screw is formed to enable a user to grab so that the user can fasten or unscrew it without any other tool. By considering ease of manufacturing and usage, each of 10 the base adjustor hole 220 and support adjustor hole 330 can be formed at the front or side of the based frame 200a, 200b and support frame 300a, 300b. For example, in forming the base frame 200 and support frame 300, forming the size variable and the length adjustable 15 can maximize the utilization of an exercise apparatus 1 enabling a hip-up exercise to be performed according to the present invention. Figure 6 illustrates a side view of another preferred embodiment which shows an exercise apparatus 1 enabling a hip 20 up exercise to be performed as another example of the present invention. In another preferred embodiment of exercise apparatus 1 enabling a hip-up exercise to be performed according to the present invention, it is desirable that the base plate 100 is 25 formed parallel to the ground. 21 In addition, top side of the base plate 100 can be formed with a cushion 110. The base plate 100, on which a user can place the user's feet or knee, in case of a hip-up exercise with this posture, 5 is desirable to be formed parallel to the ground. For example, when considering a posture of a hip-up exercise that a user stands on the base plate 100, one leg maintains a posture fixed on the base plate 100 and the other leg moves repetitively for hip-up exercise. Then, if the base 10 plate 100 is tilted, rather than parallel to the ground. For example, if it is tilted toward the support frame 300, long hours of exercise can cause pains because the ankle is folded inward and the Achilles tendon at the back of the foot may be damaged. 15 On the contrary, if the base plate 100 is tilted downward the support frame 300, the feet which have to support the body of a user (refer to Exercise Method 1 and 2 below) is difficult to be stably supported sufficient on the base plate 100, and balanced support over the soles of the user's feet is 20 difficult, so long hours of exercise can cause pain. Therefore, it is desirable that the base plate 100 is formed parallel to the ground in order to support stably and prevent causes of pain. Figure 7 illustrates an oblique side view of another 25 preferred embodiment which shows an exercise apparatus 1 22 enabling a hip-up exercise to be performed as another example of the present invention. In a preferred embodiment of exercise apparatus 1 enabling a hip-up exercise to be performed according to the 5 present invention, the base frame 200 and support frame 300 is formed so that one can be placed into the other, and is formed to be a same plane when rotating in the folding direction. Also an axis arm 500 forming the base frame 200 and support frame 300 is furnished but the axis arm 500 is formed 10 in order for a user to grab it, protruded from outside of the base frame 200 and support frame 300. Then, on the base frame 200 several base connection rings 210 enabling the second hook 430 to be connected are formed. The several base connection rings 210 are formed along the 15 long direction of the base frame 200. And, the base connection ring 210 is formed adjacent to the axis arm. In a preferred embodiment of exercise apparatus 1 enabling a hip-up exercise to be performed according to the 20 present invention, the base frame 200 and support frame 300 is formed, in order to be rotatable relatively, so that it can be transformed more perfectly when folded, so as to enable one to be placed into the other. Doing this can minimize the volume of a device according 25 to the present invention, and provides advantage when storing. 23 However, the effect from the possibility of structural change of such device is not limited to the advantage in storage, but makes the utilization of exercise apparatus 1 enabling a hip-up exercise to be performed an according to the 5 present invention to be maximized. Until now, the four forms known as the postures most suitable to hip-up exercises are shown in Figures 9 to 12, the device according to the present invention is to be formed so that all such movements can be perfectly performed. 10 How to use the device according to the present invention is described later. In the connection part of the base frame 200 and support frame 300, the axis arm is formed. The axis arm 500 consists of the rotational axis of the base frame 200 and support frame, 15 at the same time, plays a role of a separate handle bar a user can grab. The handle bar 320 formed on the support frame 300 is a handle bar when a user does exercise with the elastic band assembly 400 connected to the support frame 300, and the axis arm 500 acts as a handle bar when the second hook 430 20 formed on the base frame 200 is connected to the elastic band assembly 400 for use. On the base frame 200 the base connection rings 210 enabling the second hook 430 to be connected is formed, and it is desirable to form the base connection rings 210, like the 25 several support rings 310, in the long direction of the base 24 frame 200. In addition, an axis arm 500 forming a rotational axis of the base frame 200 and support frame 300 is furnished, but the axis arm 500 is formed in order for a user to grab it, 5 protruded from outside of the base frame 200 and support frame 300. Then, on the base frame 200 several base connection rings 210 enabling the second hook 430 to be connected are formed, but the several base connection rings 210 are formed in the 10 long direction of the base frame 200. However, the base connection rings 210 are formed adjacent to the axis arm, not necessarily formed toward the base plate 100. For example, in an exercise apparatus 1 enabling a hip-up exercise to be performed according to the present invention, 15 by enabling the base frame 200 and support frame 300 to be folded, the size can be minimized, and this provides an advantage for storage, and by forming the axis arm 500 and base connection ring 210 various types of hip-up exercise most suitable to hip-up can be performed with only one device. 20 Figure 8 illustrates an oblique side view of another preferred embodiment which shows an exercise apparatus 1 enabling a hip-up exercise to be performed as another example of the present invention. In a preferred embodiment of exercise apparatus 1 25 enabling a hip-up exercise to be performed according to the 25 present invention, a display device 900 displaying exercise status of a user according to the action of the elastic band assembly 400 may be formed on the support frame 300 or the base frame 200. 5 The display device 900 displays exercise status of a user, specifically, including exercise hours, exercise counter, etc. When a user performs exercise with the elastic band assembly 400 stretched repetitively, the display device 900 detects and displays the number of such repetitive exercises. 10 For this purpose, the display device 900 is connected mechanically and electrically to the elastic band assembly 400, and it can be formed including a sensor sensing force acting on the elastic band assembly 400. Specifically, the display device 900 is made, comprising: a sensing part sensing force 15 repetitively acting on the elastic band assembly 400 directly connected the support connection ring 310 or base connection ring 210; a control part which receives signals from the sensing part and controls image information be displayed; and a display part displaying information by the control part. 20 Figure 8 illustrates a form that the display device 900 is formed on the base frame 200, and the display device 900 can, of course, be formed on the support frame 300 to be appropriate when the elastic band assembly 400 is connected to the support connection ring 310. In this case, it is desirable 25 that the display device 900 is formed adjacent to the handle 26 bar. From this, several usage form of the device according to the present invention will be described. Figure 9 illustrates a basic usage of the device 5 according to the present invention, called 'Exercise Method 1' A user stands on the base plate 100, grabs the handle bar 320 of the support frame 300 by arms, keeps the front of the body toward the support frame 300, keeps one foot fixed and moves the other foot backward the body so that the connection band 10 440 can be stretched tight, resulting in the repetitive exercise for contraction of hip muscles. The base plate 100 and base frame 200 can stably be fixed without gap on the ground with the weight of a user, and the load on the support frame 300 connected to the base frame 200 15 is transferred to the direction of the base frame 200 by the elastic band assembly 400, so the device is kept stable. Figure 10 illustrates another usage, called 'Exercise Method 2' . A user, like Exercise Method 1, stands on the base plate 100, however, doesn't keep the front body toward the 20 support frame 300, but keeps the front body toward the side. In this state, a user performs repetitive exercise in the direction of legs spread. Figure 11 and Figure 12 are other usages, called 'Exercise Method 3' and 'Exercise Method 4' respectively. In 25 Exercise Method 3 and Exercise Method 4, it is desirable that 27 exercise is performed in a state where the support frame 300 and the base frame 200 are folded to overlap, and such forms are shown in Figures. In Exercise Method 3, a user grabs the axis arm 500, 5 bending the body in order for the knees to be placed on the base plate 100. Then, the second hook 430 of the elastic band assembly 400 is connected to the base connection ring 210. The user moves backward and stretches the user's leg as needed for exercise, performing the exercise repetitively. 10 In Exercise Method 4, the base plate 100 becomes a part on which a user places his/her back. Also in Exercise Method 4, the elastic band assembly 400 is connected to the base connection ring 210, and the user moves the hip and the thigh upward, stretching the connection band 440 and performing the 15 exercise repetitively. Exercise Methods 1 to 4 can be the most optimized methods known as hip-up exercise until now. An embodiment of exercise apparatus 1 enabling a hip-up exercise to be performed according to the present invention is a device to enable 20 various forms of exercises to be performed integrally and helps appropriate actions to be performed according to the body condition and characteristics of a user. INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY 25 In an exercise apparatus according to the present 28 invention, by furnishing a base plate so that a user understands the support position of the body and places the body, by fixing a base frame and support frame with rotation each other at a predetermined angle, and by forming the base 5 frame and support frame of which size is variable and of which length is adjustable, there are advantages that: basically the structure is formed easy to store; optimum position for hip-up exercise is selectable by adjusting a posture in which a user grabs a support frame and places the body on a base plate; and 10 the utilization can be increased. In addition, this provides advantages that by forming wearable bands consisting of an elastic band assembly so that they can be wearable around the thigh of a user, effective hip-up exercise can be performed when doing leg exercises by 15 use of elasticity of a connection band, and by forming a wearable band and connection band separable, the size can be changed. 20 29
