Abstract

FIELD: sports.
SUBSTANCE: ski simulator is designed to develop and strengthen the leg muscles of the user engaged in cross-country skiing professionally. The simulator consists of two blocks with adjustable binding to fit any size and athletic shoes of the athlete (jogging shoes, gym shoes). The blocks are interconnected by two replaceable elastic cords. The blocks are mounted in the front and rear by elastic cords to a metal frame attached to the platform.
EFFECT: simulator enables during the simulation of technique of skating and also classic style to create traction force, thereby loading the coxofemoral muscle groups.

Лыжный тренажер (см. чертеж) состоит из основания (п.1), к которому прикреплена рама (п.2) при помощи уголков (п.3), приваренных к раме, и винтов (п.11). К раме при помощи жгутов (п.9) и специальных винтов (п.8) присоединяются колодки крепления. Колодки крепления состоят из колодок (п.5), передних фиксаторов (п.6), задних фиксаторов (п.4) и пластин (п.7).
