Данная задача решается за счет того, что заявленный лыжный тренажер для усиления тазобедренной группы мышц состоит из платформы и двух колодок крепления, соединенных между собой и платформой эластичными жгутами, которые при имитации конькового и классического хода создают нагрузку на мышцы ног.This problem is solved due to the fact that the claimed ski simulator for strengthening the hip group of muscles consists of a platform and two attachment pads, connected to each other and the platform by elastic harnesses, which, when simulating a ridge and classic move, create a load on the leg muscles.

Лыжный тренажер (см. чертеж) состоит из основания (п.1), к которому прикреплена рама (п.2) при помощи уголков (п.3), приваренных к раме, и винтов (п.11). К раме при помощи жгутов (п.9) и специальных винтов (п.8) присоединяются колодки крепления. Колодки крепления состоят из колодок (п.5), передних фиксаторов (п.6), задних фиксаторов (п.4) и пластин (п.7). Затем меняют скользящую и толчковую ногу и повторяют упражнение, имитируя коньковый ход. При технике классическим ходом нужно отсоединить два промежуточных жгута, связывающих колодки между собой.
