Description
DESCRIPTIONS REINFORCED HIGH-STRENGTH STEEL-MESH WALL PANEL TECHNICAL FIELD: This invention is a building material. It is a type of penal used for constructing walls in buildings. BACKGROUND TECHNOLOGY Currently, the panel commonly used for constructing walls in buildings is a type of panel called GRC hollow panel, This panel is made of low alkaline aluminium sulphate cement and reinforced by fiberglass.-As cement erodes fiberglass, therefore the durability is poor if ordinary fiberglass is used. If alkaline tolerant fiberglass is used then the cost is high. Also because its structure is hollow, the panel does not have good sound and beat insulation and also has defects in regard to its usage, for example, you can not put nail hooks on the panel wall. Another type of panel used is a composite wall panel made of two surface layers and core material. This panel: is manufactured by. moulds therefore the adherence between surface layer and core material is poor and it causes surface layer and core material's separation. CONTENT OF INVENTION: The purpose of -this invention is to overcome the current composite wall panel's defects, and produce an reinforced high-strength steel-mesh wall panel which is light in weight, high in strength, has a thin body, fire proof, sound prooF heat insulated, low shrinkage, can be cut freely and easy to install. The features of this reinforced higha-strerigth steel-mesh wall panel are -that (1) fiber mesh coth reinforced magnesium concrete surface is fitted with an (2) interface layer, and (3) light weight concrete and (6) steel mesh are positioned in between the two (2) interface layers. The said fiber mesh doth reinforced magnesium concrete surface is made of fiber mesh cloth and magnesium concrete. The said interface layer is an organic material. The said steel mesh (6) could be twill mesh, parallel mesh or buckle mesh. The said mesh panels are tied by steel wire forming a three dimensional reticular structure. The said light weight concrete (3) is made of concrete together with either polystyrene foam bits, perlite, or expandable ceramsite. The said light weight concrete (3) could be foaming concrete. The said fiber mesh cloth is either fiberglass, nylon or short thread fiber. The technical scheme applied to solve the technical problems of the invention is. as following: the invention is manufactured by machine on a production line. The fiber mesh cloth reinforced surface layer, the interface layer and the steel mesh reinforced light weight concrete form an inseparable and wholesome. wall panel which has super high strength. The detailed manufacturing process is as following: firstly, manufacture the reinforced magnesium concrete surface layer. Wait until it reaches its full strength then cut and spray pal o Install panel mould and insert surface layer, lay steel mesh in and pour light weight con fter natural consolidation, the invented high strength steel niesh wall panel is made. 10002 2006.7 Bar Code -I- DESCRIPTIONS Compare to other wall panel, this invention has features such as light weight, high strength, thin body, fire proof, sound proof, good heat insulation, low shrinkage, can be cut freely, easy to install, superior quality, solid adherence between the surface and core material, environment friendly and energy saving, etc. It meets the construction market needs. DRAWING DESCRIPTIONS Drawing 1 is the three dimensional external image of the invention. Drawing 2 is the structure drawing for the invention. In attached drawings, (1) refers to fiber mesh cloth strengthened magnesium consete surface layer, (2) refers to the interiace layer; (3) refers to light weight concrete; (4) refers to concave groove; (5) refers to convex groove; (6) refers to steel mesh. DETAILED IMPLEMENTATION The fiber reinforced magnesium concrete surface I is constituted by one part of fiber mesh cloth, one part of magnesium concrete, three parts of filling, three parts of adding and one part of water. The interface layer 2 is constituted by one part of water and one part of organic material. The light weight concrete 3 is constituted by one part of concrete, one part of polystyrene foam beads, one part of water and one part of adding. Steel mesh 6 is constituted by steel mesh. Firstly, manufacture the reinforced magnesium concrete surface layer. Wait until it reaches its full strength then cut and spray paint interface layer on. Install panel mould and insert surface layer lay steel mesh in and pour light weight concrete in. After heating ot natural consolidation, the invented high strength steel mesh wall panel is made. 10002 2006.7 Bar Code -2
