AUSTRALIA 4 Patents Act 1990 COMPLETE SPECIFICATION INNOVATION PATENT Euroaluminium Sash- Small Inward Open Round E3131 The following statement is a full description of this invention, including the best method of performing it known to me: oEuroaluminium Sash Small Inward Open Round E3131 0 European style aluminium window systems have in the past had drawbacks in design that required many different profiles to be used for the same or similar o purpose and many different accessories required to be used with each profile.
This resulted in greater expense to manufacture the many different profiles and to purchase so many different accessories for the window systems. In addition the manufacturing process was tedious and time intensive resulting in increased olabour costs.
o This invention has been specifically devised in order to provide an improved European style window aluminium system that is simpler and less time intensive to manufacture and that is more cost effective by requiring less profiles to construct window systems.
Euroaluminium Sash Small Inward Open Round E3131 I used to make a small inward opening round window. It comprises an inward opening window sash with an aesthetically rounded edge. It is Z shape with allowance for various adaptors (meaning it can be clipped together with other sections to make a complete window frame). It is 52mm wide and 69.0mm high. Mass 0.972kg/m. Perimeter 368mm. Paint Perimeter (PP) 108.6mm. Moments of inertia (JX/JY) X=8.86cm(4)Y=12.83cm(4).
The extruded aluminium sections are made from homogenised alloy billets with limited composition tolerances, suitable for anodising or painting. The Euroaluminium Sash Small Inward Open Round E3131 is made from aluminium and could not be made from any other materials.
In order to create a profile, using the dimensioned drawing with a tolerance of 0.1 or 0.05, a die must be created and the aluminium is then extruded.
Extrusion is defined as the process of shaping material, such as aluminum, by forcing it to flow through a shaped opening in a die. Extruded material emerges 0 o as an elongated piece with the same profile as the die opening.

Claims (2)
1. Euroaluminium Sash Small Inward Open Round E3131 comprising a Z shape construction that is 52mm wide and 69.0mm high with allowance for Svarious adaptors allowing it to be clipped together with other sections of Saluminium to make a complete window frame.
2. Euroaluminium Sash Small Inward Open Round E3131 substantially as 0hereinbefore described with reference to the drawing that is attached and titled E3131. EUROPEAN WINDOW COMPANY PTY. LTD 17 FEBRUARY 2005
