Abstract
The invention relates to a bogie for a rail vehicle with two wheelsets coupled to one another in opposite directions by a coupling device, each of the wheelsets having an axle, to which the two wheels are rigidly fixed, running in two wheelset bearings. The coupling device has two double-acting pneumatic or hydraulic units located on the two longitudinal sides of the bogie, which contain two transmission rods extending in opposite directions, which connect the two wheels of the two wheelsets running on the same rail to one another. <IMAGE>
