Abstract
A railway vehicle, in particular a low platform vehicle, has at least two wagon bodies (1, 2) coupled by means of a joint (3), and a single-axle bogie (4) which is arranged below a wagon body (1) near the joint (3). The bogie (4) is formed essentially from a frame (5) and two wheels (6). The bogie (4) and the wheel body (1) are connected to one another via a vertical axis (8) of rotation which is arranged in the longitudinal centre (7) of the vehicle and has longitudinal spacing (L) with respect to the central axis (6a) of the two wheels (6). <IMAGE>
