Verfahren zur Verwertung von Abfallglas für Verzierungen.
Den Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung bildet ein Verfahren zur Verwertung von Bruchglas und Glasabfällen, welche bisher irgendeine Verwendung nicht finden konnten.
Für den Gegenstand dieser Erfindung kommen insbesondere Abfälle des sogenannten Ornamentglases zur Verwendung, welches irgendwelche Sterne, Rosetten od. dgl. aufweist. die bei der Erzeugung des Glases eingewalzt werden.
Diese Ornament werden gemäss der vorliegenden Erfindung aus den Abfällen ausgeschnitten und sodann behufs Erzielung einer gewünschten Verzierung auf einer Unterlage befestigt. Durch die Verwendung verschiedenartiger und verschiedenfarbiger ornamentierter Glasstücke können die verschiedenartigsten Muster erzielt werden, wobei zur Erhöhung der gewünschten Wirkung einzelne Glasstücke erhöht oder vertieft angeordnet weiden können.
Die Zwischenräume zwischen den einzelnen Omamentglasstücken, welche beispielsweise auf ein Glasfenster aufgekittet werden, können entweder freigelassen werden, oder aber mit verschiedenfarbigen Glasstücken ausgefüllt werden. Selbstverständlich braucht gemäss der vorliegenden Erfindung irgendein Glasfenster oder eine Glastür an einem Möbelstück nicht zur Gänze mit ornamentierten Glasstücken abgedeckt werden, sondern es kann die Bemusterung auf Teilflächen beschränkt bleiben.

According to the present invention, these ornaments are cut out of the waste and then attached to a base in order to achieve a desired decoration. The spaces between the individual pieces of grandma glass, which are cemented onto a glass window, for example, can either be left free or filled with pieces of glass of different colors. Of course, according to the present invention, any glass window or a glass door on a piece of furniture does not need to be completely covered with ornamented pieces of glass, but the patterning can remain limited to partial areas.
