  Verfahren zur Herstellung von Plastiken aus Bast. 



   Vorliegende Erfindung bezieht sich auf die Verarbeitung von Bast zu Plastiken und besteht darin, dass Gegenstände wie Blumen, Wursteln, Nähkissen, Spielzeug aller Art usw. aus Bast nach dem im Patentanspruche gekennzeichneten Verfahren hergestellt werden. 



   Das Verfahren ist in der Zeichnung in einer beispielsweisen Ausführungsmöglichkeit gezeigt. 



   Fig. 1 und 2 zeigen das Rad R mit den Zähnen Z und dem Mittelloch L. Es dient zur Herstellung von Blumen jeder Art, u. zw. in der Weise, dass der vorher gewichte und zweckentsprechend gefärbte bzw. gebleicht Bast B geflochten oder glatt über die Zähne Z und durch das Loch L geführt wird. Auf der Unterseite befindet sich ein Lederstück P oder sonst ein zäher Fleck, durch welchen der Bastfaden B jedesmal gestochen werden muss. Ist nun das Rad R ganz umsponnen, so werden diese Fäden am Rande bei den Zähnen Z aufgeschnitten und durch das Loch L nach abwärts durchgezogen. Rosetten von ver-   schiedenen   Grössen so behandelt und übereinandergelegt, ergeben in ihrer Zusammenstellung die fertige Blume, in diesem Beispiele eine Chrysantheme, doch kann man auf dieselbe Art auch Astern, Rosen, Mimosen usw. herstellen. 



   Der Draht D (Fig. 3) wird durch die Mitte. (Fig. 3)   durchgesetckt   und knapp unter dem Bast gebogen. Fig. 3 zeigt die fertige Blume im Querschnitt. Der Bast muss vor Verarbeitung geweicht und entsprechend. gefärbt bzw. gebleicht werden.

   The present invention relates to the processing of bast into plastic and consists in producing objects such as flowers, sausages, sewing pillows, toys of all kinds, etc. from bast according to the process characterized in the claims.



   The method is shown in the drawing in an exemplary embodiment.



   Fig. 1 and 2 show the wheel R with the teeth Z and the center hole L. It is used for the production of flowers of all kinds, u. in such a way that the previously weighted and appropriately colored or bleached bast B is braided or smoothly passed over the teeth Z and through the hole L. On the underside there is a piece of leather P or some other tough stain through which the bast thread B has to be pierced every time. If the wheel R is now completely wound, these threads are cut open at the edge near the teeth Z and pulled through the hole L downwards. Rosettes of different sizes treated in this way and placed one on top of the other result in the finished flower in their combination, in this example a chrysanthemum, but asters, roses, mimosa etc. can also be produced in the same way.



   The wire D (Fig. 3) goes through the middle. (Fig. 3) and bent just below the bast. Fig. 3 shows the finished flower in cross section. The raffia must be soaked and appropriately before processing. be dyed or bleached.

PATENT CLAIM: Process for the production of plastic from bast, characterized in that bast is softened and dyed or bleached in smooth or braided form by means of toothed and in the center perforated disc shapes of various sizes (Fig. 1 and 2) to flowers, sausages (Fig. 3) , Sewing pillows, toys of all kinds, etc. is processed.
