  Verfahren zur Herstellung seifenhaltiger Soda. 



   Das Stammpatent Nr. 84778 betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung   seifenhaltiger   Soda und bezweckt, diese oder. Gemische davon mit anderen Stoffen so herzustellen, dass man auf die pulverförmige kalzinierte Soda des Handels oder auf Gemische davon Wasserdampf, Wasser, Schnee oder wässerige Seifen-,   Glaubersalz-oder Wasserglaslösungen   oder dgl. fein aufstäubt und durch geeignete Bewegung, zweckmässig bei gleichzeitiger Abkühlung, das Flüssigwerden oder Zusammenbacken verhindert. 



   Bei   Ausführung   dieses Verfahrens hat es sich nun gezeigt, dass man an Stelle von Wasser oder wässrigen Seifenlösungen oder dgl. auch Fettsäuren oder, was oft noch zweckmässiger ist, Gemische davon mit Wasser oder   Seifenlösungen   auf die Soda aufsprühen kann, wobei sich unter Freiwerden von Kohlensäure oder Bildung von Bikarbonat Seifen bilden, die sich dem Erzeugnis ohne weiteres beimischen. Man erhält so dieselbe Wirkung, wie wenn man fertige Seifenlösung verwendete, jedoch mit dem Vorteil, dass man mit dem Fettsäureprozentgehalt noch weiter hinaufgehen kann. 



   Beispiel : In eine geeignete Knetmaschine von etwa   1500l   Inhalt bringt man 600kg kalzinierte Soda und spritzt, während die Soda fortwährend gemischt wird, auf deren Oberfläche durch feine Staub-   dÜsen etwa 100-150 kg   Olein oder Palmkernölfettsäure auf. Unter Erwärmen tritt alsdann vollständige   Verseifung ein.   ohne dass die Masse   zusammenbackt   und nochmals vermahlen zu werden braucht.

   Example: 600 kg of calcined soda are placed in a suitable kneading machine with a capacity of around 1500 liters and, while the soda is continuously mixed, around 100-150 kg of olein or palm kernel oil fatty acid are sprayed onto the surface through fine dust nozzles. Complete saponification then occurs when heated. without the mass caking and needing to be ground again.
