PATENT-ANSPRÜCHE : i.

Process for the production of a fat-free washing and fulling agent, in particular for textile goods melted with mineral oil or textile oils containing mineral oil.

The present process for producing a fat-free washing and fulling agent, which is particularly suitable for textile goods melted with mineral oil or mineral oil-containing textile oils, consists in that thickened pulp waste liquors, e.g. B. the sulfite cellulose or sulfate cellulose production, advantageously in a concentration of 25 to 40% water content, emulsified with fat solvents. The fat solvent can be hydrocarbons, e.g. B. gasoline, benzene, naphthalene, the chlorocarbon compounds, use carbon disulfide. The sulfurized naphthalenes and homologues or their water-soluble salts, hydrogenated naphthalenes, e.g. B.

Nahpthalindihydrür, Naphthalintetrahydrür, Naphthalinhexahydrür, Naphthalinokohydrür, Naphthalinbetahydrür, and the homologues, z. B. Hexahydrocymol, proven. The hydrates can be produced in the pure state or mixed with one another, but the products obtained directly from the reduction of naphthalene can also be used.

The cellulose waste eye is used after thickening. The thickening can be carried out more or less, e.g. B. only drive so far that the emulsification of the fat solvent goes well. But you can also completely remove the water from the cellulose waste eye.
 EMI1.1
Lime can be partially or completely exempted.

The emulsification is carried out in such a way that the cellulose waste eye is mixed with the fat solvents and the latter is well distributed in the waste eye. This can be done, for example, by stirring, blowing in gases or air or the like.

Other detergents and fulling agents can be added to the emulsion of the fat solvents with the cellulose waste eye. You can use physically acting detergents, such as fulling earth, soapstone, insoluble silicates, silicic acid, clay, but you can also

PATENT CLAIMS: i. Process for the production of a fat-free washing and milling agent, in particular for textile goods melted with mineral oil or mineral oil-containing textile oils, characterized in that the thickened pulp waste liquors from paper manufacture are finely emulsified with fat solvents of any kind, optionally mixed with other known washing and milling agents.
