     13ei allen   bisher bekannten Vorrichtungen zum Schneiden von Nudeln mit zwischen den rotierenden Messerscheibe angeordnetem drehbarem Abstreichblech reichte dasselbe nur bis zur Mitte, weshalb man mit solchen Vorrichtungen nur Nudeln schneiden konnte. 



  Durch Anordnung eines   Abstreichbloches,   welches über die Drehachse der Messer hinausreicht, also den vollen Durchmesser der Messerscheiben umfasst und   abstreicht,   ist es möglich, die Vorrichtung auch zum Schneiden von Gemüse zu verwenden, da durch diese Anordnung ein Aufsteigen des zu schneidenden Gutes über die Messerscheiben verhindert wird. 



   Die Vorrichtung ist auf beiliegender Zeichnung in Fig. 1 in Seitenansicht, in Fig. 2 in Vorderansicht und in Fig. 3 in Seitenansicht mit abgenommenem Abstreichbleche dargestellt. 



   Zwischen den Messerscheiben a ist ein über die Messer hinausragendes, vorne aufgebogenes Abstreichblech b angebracht, welches aus den Messern herausbewegt werden kann. Auf diese Weise können die Zwischenräume zwischen den Messern leicht gereinigt werden. Durch den an den Abstreichblech b festsitzenden Arm c, welcher sich mit den Einkerbungen 9 zwischen den federnden Drahtgriff   d   klemmt, wird das Abstreichblech zwischen den   Messern gehalten. Die Festhaltung könnte   natürlich auch auf andere Weise erfolgen.

     In all previously known devices for cutting pasta with a rotatable scraper arranged between the rotating knife disks, the same only extended to the middle, which is why one could only cut pasta with such devices.



  By arranging a scraper hole, which extends beyond the axis of rotation of the knife, i.e. encompasses and scrapes the full diameter of the knife discs, it is possible to use the device also for cutting vegetables, since this arrangement allows the material to be cut to climb over the knife discs is prevented.



   The device is shown in the accompanying drawing in Fig. 1 in a side view, in Fig. 2 in a front view and in Fig. 3 in a side view with the skimmers removed.



   Between the knife disks a there is attached a front bent scraper b which protrudes beyond the knives and can be moved out of the knives. In this way the spaces between the knives can be cleaned easily. The scraper is held between the knives by the arm c, which is firmly seated on the scraper b and which is clamped with the notches 9 between the resilient wire handle d. The detention could of course also be done in other ways.
