Vervielfältigungsvorrichtung.
Gegenstand der Erfindung ist eine Vervielfältigungsvorrichtung mit hin und her gehendem Tisch, welcher mit Spannrahmen, Matrize und Druckbogen versehen ist und durch den die Druckwalze in und ausser Arbeitsleistung gebracht wird.
Die Zeichnung zeigt eine solche Vervielfältigungsvorrichtung in Fig. i in Seitenansicht mit teilweisem Schnitt und in Fig. 2 in Oberansicht.
Der Tisch a, welcher als Unterlage für den Druckbogen, die Wachsmatrize und die im Rahmen t eingespannte Gaze z dient, ist auf der Grundplatte b mittels Leisten a1 geführt und wird durch den Handgriff a2 unter der Druckwalze c vor-und zurückbewegt. Auf einer Seite des Tisches a befindet sich eine Schiene k, ferner eine Zahnstange 1lt, welche in das Stirnrad n eingreift, das auf der Achse der Farbwalze l sitzt und diese antreibt. Auf der letzteren liegt lose die Verreiberwalze o, welche mit der Farbwalze l zwischen den Ständern a gelagert ist und durch eine schräge Scheibe p und einer Führung r achsial verschoben wird.
Die Druckwalze c ist in einem doppelarmigen Rahmen d angeordnet, der um Zapfen f drehbar ist und an dessen Quersteg die Schraubenfedern g angreifen, wärend am Arm dl ein mit einer Laufrolle und einer Nase hl ver- sehener Stellhebel A angelenkt ist.
Beim Vorwärtsgang des Tisches a läuft der Stellhebel h auf die Schiene II auf, stösst mit seiner Nase hl gegen den Anschlag d2 des Armes d'und drückt dadurch die Druckwalze c an die Farbwalze, um von dieser frische Farbe zu nehmen. Bei der Rückwärtsbewegung des Tisches a weicht der Hebel h nach hinten aus, wie in Fig. i gezeichnet und gibt die Druckwalze c zum Druck frei. Der Druck für die letztere kann durch Verstellen der Spannfedern g geregelt werden.
Das Einfärben der drei Walzen c, l und o erfolgt durch das Handrad s, das lose auf die Achse der Farbwalze l aufgesteckt wird, wie in Fig. 2 punktiert angedeutet. Durch Druck auf den Hebel wird die Druckwalze c gegen die Farbwalze l gepresst und dadurch eingefärbt, was von Zeit zu Zeit vorgenommen werden muss. Die Stellschraube d4 begrenzt den Weg der Druckwalze c beim Abgleiten derselben vom Tisch a.
Der Rahmen t ist um t1 drehbar und hat einen Arm t2 mit einer drehbaren Klinke u. Diese hakt sich bei der Vorwärtsbewegung des Tisches an der Stange v ein und zieht den Spannrahmen t zum bequemen Auswechseln des Druckbogens hoch, während beim Zurückschieben des Tisches der Rahmen t sich selbsttätig senkt und die Klinke u sich wieder aushakt.

The subject of the invention is a duplicating device with a reciprocating table, which is provided with a clamping frame, die and printed sheet and through which the pressure roller is brought into and out of work.
The drawing shows such a duplicating device in FIG. 1 in a side view with partial section and in FIG. 2 in a top view.
The table a, which serves as a base for the printed sheet, the wax matrix and the gauze z clamped in the frame t, is guided on the base plate b by means of strips a1 and is moved back and forth under the pressure roller c by the handle a2. On one side of the table a there is a rail k, furthermore a rack 1lt, which engages in the spur gear n, which sits on the axis of the inking roller 1 and drives it. The distributor roller o lies loosely on the latter, which is mounted with the inking roller l between the uprights a and is axially displaced by an inclined disk p and a guide.
The pressure roller c is arranged in a double-armed frame d, which is rotatable about pin f and the helical springs g engage on the crosspiece of which, while an adjusting lever A provided with a roller and a nose hl is articulated on the arm dl.
When the table a moves forward, the adjusting lever h runs onto the rail II, pushes its nose hl against the stop d2 of the arm d'and thereby presses the pressure roller c against the inking roller in order to take fresh color from it. During the backward movement of the table a, the lever h gives way to the rear, as shown in FIG. I, and releases the pressure roller c for printing. The pressure for the latter can be regulated by adjusting the tension springs g.
The three rollers c, l and o are colored by the handwheel s, which is loosely attached to the axis of the inking roller l, as indicated by dotted lines in FIG. By pressing the lever, the pressure roller c is pressed against the inking roller l and thereby colored, which has to be done from time to time. The adjusting screw d4 limits the path of the pressure roller c when it slides off the table a.
The frame t is rotatable about t1 and has an arm t2 with a rotatable pawl u. As the table moves forward, this hooks onto the rod v and pulls up the tensioning frame t for easy exchange of the printed sheet, while when the table is pushed back, the frame t lowers automatically and the latch u unhooks itself.
