Drawing and embossing press with power drive. The invention relates to
on a drawing and embossing press for cardboard boxes with power drive. With such presses
it is known, the movement of the plunger by cam and toothed segment drive
to be done. So far this has been. Preissee a crank to drive the
Stamp used, which in turn is guided by a curved backdrop
Between the joint was moved. This drive arrangement of the stamp has the night
that both a relatively complex structure of the entire machine arises,
as . also the reaction thrusts of the punch. 'from the scenery guide; recorded
must be developed, which is extremely vigorously trained for this purpose, whereby the
Dimensions of the machine and the weight of the same is increased.
doppelarmiger Zahnsegmenthebel ausgebildet. Mit Ausnahme des hin und her gehenden
Stempels fühlren alle antdern Antriebsteile der Maschine eine Drehbewegung aus;
zVar zeigen: Abb. i die Maschine in SeiteR.nsicht, ° -Abb.
This disadvantage is eliminated according to the invention in that the
Cam disc on its own common shaft, next to the large Zabhxad of the transmission gear
arranged branches. Furthermore, he is see! on the (cam supporting 'lever as
double-armed segment gear lever formed. Except for the going back and forth
All other drive parts of the machine feel a rotary movement;
which stresses the machine frame completely evenly and not on one side
Tensile loads can arise, as is the case with the crank drives known so far
was the case.
The invention is illustrated in the drawing, and
zVar show: Fig. i the machine in side view, ° -Fig. - 2 in rear view and
Fig. @ 3 @ a top view of the plunger. The shaft B goes through the main body A,
on which the small gear C and the pulley D are keyed. The rotation
of the small gear C is transferred to the large gear E. The latter sits
on the shaft F mounted in the main body A in such a way that it runs idle
and can be coupled to the light F by means of an ordinary rotating wedge coupling.
This coupling has been omitted for a better understanding of the drawing.
The cam disk G is firmly keyed onto the shaft F. When the disc G
is raised or lowered according to the curve of the segment lever H, namely is
the lever H is pressed against the curve with its roller by the weight lever.
The ge, suspected end of the segment lever H engages in the rack IC of the plunger L.
and thus brings about the moving up and down of the latter. By
appropriate shape of the cam, the movement of the plunger is regulated,
in such a way that it has a temporary dormant effect in its lowest position.
The plunger L is guided prismatically in the main body. To its hub
To be able to adjust, it is releasably and displaceably connected to the rack K
or united by the screws M guided in slotted holes. For the purpose of adjustment
If you loosen the two screws M, use the handwheel spindle N to set the ram
as required and then tighten the two strong screws M again.
