  Fruchtpresse. 



   Die seitlichen Öffnungen der bisherigen Fruchtbehälter von Fruchtpressen sind stets radial gerichtet. Gemäss der Erfindung werden diese Durchtrittsöffnungen schräg abwärts gerichtet, wodurch die Pressflüssigkeit leicht und rasch durch die Öffnungen entweichen un 1   abfliessen   kann. 



   In der Zeichupg ist die Fruchtp ; esse im Längsschnitt durch den zylindrischen Behälter dargestellt. 



   Der Fruchtbehälter la besteht aus keramischem Material und besitzt zum Durchtritt des Pressgutes axiale Bodenöffnungen 2a und schräg abwärtsgerichtete   Seitenöffnungen3     a.   



   Gehalten wird der Fruchtbehälter von einem gleichzeitig als Griff ausgebildeten   Bügel 4,   dessen Durchmesser z. B. mittels einer Schraube und einer Mutter erweitert oder verengt werden kann. Diese Ausbildung des Griffbügels hat den Zweck, den Fruchtbehälter zum Reinigen herausnehmen und wiedereinsetzen zu können. Am Bügel 4 ist mittels eines Zwischenstückes 7 ein Hebel 8 angelenkt, welcher gelenkig den Pressstempel 9 trägt. Letzterer ist ebenfalls aus keramischem Material hergestellt, kann jedoch auch aus einem anderen Stoff, wie Holz oder dgl. bestehen.
