Casting mold for the production of monolithic concrete buildings.
The invention relates to a casting mold for the production of monolithic concrete buildings and, in particular, seeks a favorable transition between the ceiling parts and the wall parts of the inner casing. In general, casting molds for the production of monolithic concrete buildings consist of an inner and outer casing, which are composed of metal plates provided with edge flanges. The inner casing has the shape of a box, the lid of this box being the ceiling of the

formed vertical surfaces of the formwork panels and the horizontal surface of the ceiling support panels. Another feature of the present invention can be seen in the particular arrangement of the supports for the cross rails for supporting the ceiling support plates.
These are formed directly by the transoms, which facilitate the alignment of the inner wall

moderately simple means is possible to adjust the inner casing of the casting molds in such a way that errors in the angular installation of this mold by inexperienced workers are avoided.
The drawing shows a partial view of the inner casing in an exemplary implementation in section.
The inner cladding consists of vertically arranged elements 1 and is stiffened by bolts 27 located in angular cutouts 5. By setting up the individual elements in a straight line and connecting them with special corner panels, the self-supporting structure is essentially given the shape of a rectangular box open at the top and bottom, which does not require any other means than bolts 27 and wedges for stiffening. The ceiling of the inner casing is supported by I-irons 32, the ends of which rest on the upper row of bolts 27, to which they are fastened by means of bolts 27. Wedges 33 are advantageously inserted between the lower parts of the beams 32 and the bolts 27 to make it easier to remove the ceiling tiles and supports.
Elements 1 ″, which abut one another with their flanges, are placed on the carrier 32.
Plates 35 are arranged at the upper ends of the elements 1 '. These have a U-shaped cross section and one leg 36 is significantly longer than the other leg 37.
In the short leg 37 holes are provided which are arranged so that they coincide with holes in the upper flanges of the plates 1 'of the inner casing, whereby the plates 35 can be fastened in the usual way by bolts 3 and wedges 4. These panels are formed from strips of suitable length to precisely fit the upper part of the surface of the elements 1 ".
