Die Erfindung betrifft einen Apparat zur Ausführung von zahntechnischen Arbeiten unter Anwendung von Luftdruck und Zentrifugalkraft und hat den Zweck, Schleif-und Poliermaschine, Schleudergussapparat und Luftkompressor, Bohr-und Fräsmaschine in einem einzigen Apparat

In der Zeichnung ist der Apparat in einer schematischen Ausführungsform dargestellt.
Der Elektromotor a ist mit der Welle b direkt gekuppelt und treibt den auf der Welle angeordneten Luftkompressor c an. Die von demselben erzeugte Druckluft wird von hieraus durch einen Schlauch d der Löt- und Schmelzpistole e zugeführt, wo sie im Verein mit Leuchtgas die Stichflamme erzeugt, welche das Gussmetall auf der Gussform f zum Schmelzen bringt. Die Welle b ist in zwei Teile geteilt, welche durch eine Ausrückungskupplung g miteinander verbunden werden können. Durch den \usrücker h kann die Kupplung ein-und ausgerückt werden.
Xach dem Schmelzen des Metalles in der Gussform f wird die Kupplung g eingerückt und vermittelst der Zahnräder i. il wird der Schleuderarm k mit dem Gussnapf in schnelle Umdrehung versetzt, wodurch das fliessende Metall in die Form gepresst wird. Nach Erkalten des Gusses wird derselbe aus der Form geschnitten und auf den Fräs-oder Schleifvorrichtungen, welche sich am Apparat befinden, geschliffen, poliert und dem Bedarf entsprechend bearbeitet. Der am Apparat angeordnete Bohrschlauch I dient als Ersatz für die sonst benötigte Bohrmaschine und erhält den Antrieb direkt von der Welle b.

The electric motor a is directly coupled to the shaft b and drives the air compressor c arranged on the shaft. The compressed air generated by the same is fed from there through a hose d to the soldering and melting gun e, where, in combination with luminous gas, it generates the jet flame which melts the cast metal on the casting mold f. The shaft b is divided into two parts which can be connected to one another by a disengagement clutch g. The clutch can be engaged and disengaged with the releaser h.
After the metal has melted in the casting mold f, the clutch g is engaged and the gears i are used. il the throwing arm k with the casting cup is set in rapid rotation, whereby the flowing metal is pressed into the mold. After the casting has cooled, it is cut out of the mold and ground, polished and processed as required on the milling or grinding devices located on the apparatus. The drilling hose I arranged on the apparatus serves as a replacement for the otherwise required drilling machine and is driven directly from shaft b.
