  Verfahren zum Lüften und Heizen elektrisch betriebener Wagen und Züge. 



   Der Gegenstand der Erfindung bezweckt eine Einrichtung zum Heizen und Lüften elektrisch betriebener Wagen und Zuge vermittelst der zur Kühlung der sich während des
Betriebes erwärmenden Elektromotoren und sonstigen elektrischen Einrichtungen der betreffenden Wagen oder Zugsgarnitur dienenden Luft. 



   Zu diesem Zwecke werden ein oder mehrere mechanisch oder elektrisch angetriebene Ventilatoren verwendet, die unter dem Motorwagen oder an einer sonst geeigneten Stelle des Motorwagens oder der elektrischen Lokomotive untergebracht werden. Diese Ventilatoren werden an geeigneter Stelle in den Luftweg eingeschaltet, den die an die Ventilatoren angeschlossenen Luftleitungen zwischen dem Inneren des Wagens und dem Kapselraum der Motoren bzw. den Ummantelungen der übrigen zur Motor-, Wagen-oder Zugsgarnitur gehörigen elektrischen Einrichtungen, wie Transformatoren, Widerstände usw. einerseits und zwischen den Ventilatoren und dem Freien andererseits bilden. 



   Durch geeignete Rohrführung ist es möglich, dass die Luft sowohl diese einzelnen
Apparate hintereinander durchströmen kann, es ist aber auch ohneweiters angängig, den vom Ventilator oder von den Ventilatoren erzeugten Luftstrom zu teilen, einzelne Teile des Luftstromes über einzelne der erwähnten Apparate streichen zu lassen und diese erwärmten Luftströme einzeln oder vereinigt in das Wageninnere zu führen. 



   Durch das vorbeschriebene Verfahren ist es nun möglich, zwecks Heizung die während der Fahrt als auch während des Stillstandes des Wagens zur Kühlung der vorerwähnten
Apparate notwendige Luft aus dem Freien anzusaugen, durch die erwähnten Apparate durch- zutreiben und die so erwärmte Luft dem Inneren des Wagens zuzuführen. 



   Zwecks Lüftung wird die zur Kühlung der erwähnten Apparate dienende Luft dem
Inneren des Wagens entnommen und die erwärmte Luft ins Freie geleitet. 



   Schliesslich ist es aber auch mit Hilfe des vorbeschriebenen Verfahrens möglich, die
Luft dem Inneren des Wagens zu entnehmen, durch die zur Kuhlung bestimmten Apparate in der beschriebenen Weise durchzutreiben und die so erwärmte Luft wieder dem Wagen- inneren zuzuführen. Die gekapselten Elektromotoren sowie die Ummantelungen der Trans- formatoren, Widerstände und sonstigen zu kühlenden Einrichtungen der   elektrischen Motor-,  
Wagen-oder Zugsgarnitur   wird zweckmässig mit einer WärmeschutzhüHe umgeben, damit   möglichstwenigWärmedurchStrahlungverlorengehe. 



   PATENT-ANSPRÜCHE : 
1. Vorfahren zum Heizen und Lüften von elektrisch betriebenen Wagen und Zügen unter Verwendung der zum Kühlen von Elektromotoren, Widerständen. Transformatoren und sonstigen der sich während des Betriebes erwärmenden elektrischen Apparate dienenden
Luft, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwecks Heizung bzw. Lüftung die mittels eines Ventilators   aux dem   Freien oder dem Wageninnern entnommene Luft den elektrischen   Maschinen     während der Fahrt bzw. während des Stillstandes des Wagens zugeführt wird, worauf die   so erwärmte Luft zwecks Heizung in das Wageninnere, zwecks Lüftung ins Freie geleitet wird.
