Tragschliesse für Papiersäcke und dgl.
Gegenstand der Erfindung ist eine weitere Ausgestaltung der im ersten Zusatzpatente Xr. 66633 zum patente Nr. 6632 geschützten Tragschliesse, Diese weitere Ausgestaltung besteht darin, dass die Grundform der Tragschliesse doppelt. mit zwei. zweckmässig an den freien Enden der langen Schenkel zusammenhängenden kongruenten Blechstücken ausgestanzt wird, deren Henkelteile nach derselben Seite hohl ausgeprägt sind. so dass sie heim Zusammenbiegen einen einheitlichen Henkel von rundlichem Querschnitt bilden.
Fig. 1 der Zeichnung zeigt ein zweiteiliges Schliessenblech und Fig. 2 veranschaulicht die Schliesse in fertigem Zustande in Verbindung mit einem Sacke.
Um eine, insbesondere bei schweren Säcken, das Tragen bequemer machende und erleichternde rundliche Querschnittsform des Henkels zu erhalten, wird die Schliesse aus zwei kongruenten Teilen (Fig. 1) gefertigt. die zweckmässig aus einem Blechstück derart ausgestanzt werden. dass sie am Scheitel der längeren Schenkel. ? zusammenhängen, in welchem gemäss dem ersten Zusatzpatoote durch die C- oder U-förmigen Ausschnitte 5 umlegbare Zungen 6 gebildet werden, während die Aussenteile als Henkel dienen.
Die Henkelteile werden nach einer Seite hin hohl ausgeprägt. so dass sie nach dem Zusammenlegen der beiden Schliessenteile um die Stosskante der beiden Hälften, sowie nach dem Aufbiegen der kürzeren Schenkel 4 zur Erzielung der j-Form ein einheitliches Stück darstellen, dessen Henkelteil einen geschlossenen Hohlring von rundlichem Querschnitt bildet. der auch beim Tragen schwerer Pakete nicht in die Hand einschneidet. Die beiden beim Zusammenfalten des Blechschnittes aufeinander passenden Zungen 6 werden nach dem Einfalten des Sackrandes am kürzeren Schenkel der Schliesse gemeinsam über diesen umgebogen.

In order to obtain a rounded cross-sectional shape of the handle that makes carrying more comfortable and easier, especially with heavy bags, the clasp is made of two congruent parts (FIG. 1). which are expediently punched out of a piece of sheet metal in this way. that they are at the top of the longer thighs. ? related, in which according to the first additional patoote by the C- or U-shaped cutouts 5 foldable tongues 6 are formed, while the outer parts serve as handles.
The handle parts are hollow on one side. so that after the two parts of the clasp have been put together around the abutment edge of the two halves, as well as after the shorter legs 4 have been bent open to achieve the j-shape, they represent a single piece, the handle part of which forms a closed hollow ring with a rounded cross-section. which does not cut into the hand even when carrying heavy packages. The two tongues 6 that fit one another when the sheet metal section is folded together are bent over together on the shorter leg of the clasp after the sack edge has been folded in.
