Siphonflaschenkopf.
Der Gegenstand der Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Siphonflaschenkopf, insbesondere aus nicht metallischem Material, wie z. B. Steingut, Porzellan oder dgl., der die Siphoneinrichtung zur Gänze enthält, wobei die Einrichtung derart getroffen ist, dass die Flüssigkeit mit keiner metallischen Fläche in Berührung gelangen kann. Bei Siphonflaschenköpfen dieser Art macht die Abdichtung besondere Schwierigkeiten.
Gemäss der Erfindung werden diese Schwierigkeiten dadurch behoben, dass das aus nicht metallischem Material gefertigte Ventilsitzgehäuse für den von unten in den Kopf einsetzbaren Ventilkörper mit einer die Mündungen des Steigrohres und der Ausströmöffnungen enthaltenden Ausnehmungen für einen Vorsprung bzw. ein Zäpfchen des Ventilkörpers versehen ist, durch welches das zwischen Ventilsitzgehäuse und Ventilkörper eingesetzte zweckmässig zäpfchenförmig gestaltete Membranventil aus Gummi oder dry. des Verschluss sämtlicher Öffnungen herstellt.
In der Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes veranschaulicht.
Mit I ist der Siphonkopf aus Steingut oder dgl. bezeichnet, 2 ist der Ausfluss. der z. B. durch eine Bohrung des Kopfes gebildet wird, 3 ist das Ventil, welches in der Zeichnung als Membranventil aus Gummi oder dgl. ausgebildet und erfindungsgemäss napfförmig gestaltet ist.
Mit 5 ist der Ventilkörper bezeichnet, der unter die Wirkung einer Feder gesetzt und mit einem Zäpfchen 4 in das Näpfchen des Membranventils greift, so dass diese auf dem Zäpfchen sitzt. 6 stellt den Druckhebel dar, der an dem Ventilkörper 5 angreift. 7 ist die Drehachse des Druckhebels 6,9 der Ventilsitz bzw. das Ventilsitzgehäuse aus Porzellan oder dgl., welches entsprechend der Xapfform des Membranventils als Hohlgehäuse mit seitlichen Ausströmöffnungen jro bzw.
als Matrize für das Membranventil 3 ausgebildet und auf der Flaschenmündung mit einer Dichtung II abgedichtet ist, wobei durch die Wirkung des Membranventils 3 als Patrize und des Ventilgehäuses 9 als Matrize der Verschluss für die Ausströmöffnungen I0 und die zentrale Bohrung I4, in welche das Steigrohr-r. mündet, hergestellt ist. I2 bezeichnet einen zweiteiligen Gewindering, welcher auf dem Flaschenhals aufgesetzt ist und zum Anschrauben bzw. Festlegen des Siphonkopfes I dient. II stellt eine Dichtung dar, in der das Steigrohr I3 sitzt.
Die Wirkungsweise ist folgende :
Wird der Drücker 6 niedergedrückt, so wird die zentrale Bohrung I4 des Ventilsitzes 9 geöffnet, wodurch Flüssigkeit aus der Flasche durch die seitlichen Ausströmöffnungen ro des Ventilgehäuses austreten und durch den Ausfluss 2 ausfliessen kann. Die Ausströmöffnungen jo sind zweckmässig in einer Hohlkehle des Ventilgehäuses 9 vorgesehen, welche im Kopfe einen ringsumlaufenden Kanal IS bildet, in welchem der Ausfluss mündet.
PATENT-ANSPRÜCHE : i. Siphonflaschenkopf mit Membranventil, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ventilsitzkörper (9) einen napfförmigen Ventilsitz besitzt, in den die Öffnung (I4) für das Steigrohr (J) und die seitlichen Austrittsöffnungen o) münden, die sämtlich durch ein der Napfform entsprechend gestaltetes Membranventil (3) geschlossen werden.
