Bei der gewerblichen Durchführung mancher chemischen und biologischen Prozesse und bei der Verdampfung vieler Lösungen macht sich eine durch die jeweilige Beschaffen- heit des Materials (ölige, eiweissartige, pektinreiche Stoffe usw. ) bedingte Schaumbildung in einer den Betrieb störenden Weise geltend. Man hat versucht, dieso Erscheinung durch verschiedene Mittel zu bekämpfen.
Die Erfindung bewirkt eine rasche und vollkommene Zerstörung und Beseitigung des Schaumes jeden beliebigen Ursprunges in vollkommener und wirtschaftlicher Weise.
Der Grundgedanke der erfindungsgemäss gebauten Einrichtung besteht darin, dass im
