  Mehrfachige Patronenschachtel.

  Multiple cartridge box.

The hitherto customary cartridge boxes with longitudinal extensions have the disadvantage that their production method is cumbersome and their strength is relatively low. These deficiencies are eliminated according to the invention in that the cartridge box
 EMI1.1
Form the outer shell of the cartridge box.

In the drawing, FIGS. 1 to 5 illustrate the previously conventional cartridge box in view and its method of manufacture, FIGS. 6 to 8 illustrate the new cartridge box and details of its method of manufacture.

As can be seen from FIGS. 1 to 5, the cartridge box had to be made from four different parts in the previous production, namely the outer shell a (FIG. 3). the compartment wall b glued together from two parts bl, b2 (FIGS. 4 and 2) and the closure strip c, which is mainly used for gluing the slot x (FIG. 1).

The combination of these parts to the cartridge box took place in the manner shown in FIG. 1, namely in the way that the closure strip c is glued into the folded outer shell a, then the compartment wall b is formed by gluing the compartment wall parts and b2 and the compartment wall thus formed inserted into the box and glued with its adhesive strips b3, b3 in the box.

In a fundamental contrast to this manufacturing method, which has been used since ancient times, the cartridge box according to the invention is manufactured from a single piece in one operation and, despite the significantly simplified manufacturing method, is larger
 EMI1.2

According to the invention, this is achieved in that the cartridge box is produced from a single folded piece according to FIG. 8, the folding parts of which form the compartment wall b and the outer shell a of the cartridge box. With this method of manufacture, it is possible to create a kink-resistant, completely smooth container on the surrounding surface by simply folding the individual parts of the folding piece according to FIG.
