Method of pouring concrete sheets.
The invention relates to a method for pouring concrete vehicles with the bottom facing upwards and consists in that the deck is poured uniformly with the walls and the frame by the frame casing and the inner casing

Decks.
This process offers a considerable advantage over the previously used processes; according to the latter method, the deck is either poured after the ship has been put on the water and turned, or in advance, before the inner lining is erected on which the hull is poured. Either way, as with the other, it is difficult to obtain a satisfactory shock for both the concrete and the iron inlays. According to the present method, the iron inlays can be completely assembled before the start of casting and the latter can then proceed without interruption.
The floor slab on which the vehicle is poured forms the casing for the top of the deck at the same time and this floor slab becomes the lower

Can be made of wood lying or pyramid-shaped and removed after completion of the hull, or they can be made of stone, cement or the like, which material can remain in the cast. In the latter case, the

forms a boarding for the deck in good time.
Conical or pyramid-shaped blocks 3 are provided on the base plate 1, the height of which corresponds to the thickness of the deck, and the formwork beams 4 for the ribs rest on these blocks, which in turn support the entire inner lining for the ship.
The iron inlays are now continuously inserted for the hull and deck and the casting of the entire vehicle can go on without interruption.
If vehicles or ships are to be manufactured with several covers, one can work in the same way.
The same applies if the ship is to be poured with a double bottom, zip

brought, which carry the frame cladding for this floor and the lower cladding for the outer floor.
PANTS REQUIREMENTS: 1. Method for pouring concrete ships with the bottom facing upwards, characterized in that the deck is poured uniformly with the walls and the frames by placing the frame cladding and the inner cladding for the ship on blocks or Like. Be attached, the height of which corresponds approximately to the thickness of the deck.
