 EMI1.1

The subject matter of the invention is a method for producing a paint for metals of all kinds, which is particularly suitable for painting black sheet metal and the like. Compared to the previously used metal coatings, the same has the advantage that it adheres perfectly to rusty and scaled surfaces of the sheet metal, allows punched parts of all kinds with the sheet metal without jumping off and completely prevents the painted objects from rusting further.

Another advantage of the paint according to the invention is that dersel bc by cold Lzw. watnmes water, steam, or even 96 percent alcohol is not dissolved, so that the objects provided with this coating can be cleaned easily and without being damaged. In addition, the production of the paint according to the invention is around 50% cheaper than that of the previously used paints, which also offers an economic advantage that should not be underestimated, especially given the current difficult conditions in material procurement.

Essentially, the method according to the invention consists in that naphthalene, petroleum, mineral oil and mixture are intimately mixed and the mixture is then mixed by some

an embodiment of the method results, according to which 10 parts by weight of naphthalene, 10 parts by weight of petroleum, 40 parts by weight of mineral oil and 40 parts by weight of mixture are intimately mixed, the mixture is then placed in a closed vessel for 180 minutes at a temperature of 60 to 800 C and then readable. The mass, which is to be diluted as required, is carried out before painting with petroleum, benzene or the like.

Of course, the weight ratios of the specified components can be changed according to the materials to be treated, or one or the other of the components can be omitted entirely.

   PATENT CLAIMS:
1. A method for producing a paint for metals of all kinds, in particular black sheet metal and the like., Characterized in that naphthalene, petroleum, mineral oil and mixture are intimately mixed, then the mixture is exposed to a temperature of 60 to 80 C for 180 minutes in a closed vessel and then let cool down.
