  Verfahren zur Herstellung von Röhren,   Blecbmlnteln   oder dgl. aus schraubenförmig gewundenen Blechstreifen. 



   Röhren, welche aus einem oder mehreren   schraubengangförmig   an-oder übereinander gewickelten Blechstreifen bestehen, sind bekannt. Die Herstellung der Rohre geschieht durch Aufwickeln oder Einrollen der Blechstreifen auf besonderen Blechwickelmaschinen, Biegepressen usw. 



   Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung ist ein voreinfachtes Verfahren zur Herstellung solcher aus zwei oder mehreren schraubengangförmig gewundenen Blechstreifen bestehenden Röhren, Blechmänteln oder dgl., welches gestattet, Rohre grösserer Durchmesser und grösserer   Blechstärkcn   mit den in jeder   Kesselschmiede   vorhandenen Hilfsmitteln ohne Spezialvorrichtungen zu erzeugen. 



   Das Verfahren ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die einzelnen Blechstreifen auf Blechbiegemaschinen gesondert in entsprechende Schraubengangformen gerollt werden, so dass dieselben nach dem darauffolgenden Ineinanderschieben ein geschlossenes Rohr, Blechmantel oder dgl. mit überlappten, stumpfgestossenen oder anderen Nähten bilden. 



   In der Zeichnung ist eine   Ausführungsform   des Verfahrens zur Darstellung gebracht, wobei die Fig.   I   und 2 die gesondert hergestellten schraubengangförmigen Blechstreifen, Fig. 3 das fertige Rohr teilweise im Schnitt zeigt. 



   Der Blechstreifen a (Fig. 1) und der Blechstreifen b (Fig. 2) sind getrennt, also jeder für sich vorgearbeitet und eingerollt worden, und zwar in entsprechend verschiedenen Durch-   messern,   wenn die   Blec1lstreifclI   in ihrer Verinigung sich überlappen sollen (Fig. 3). 



  Nachdem jeder Blechstreifen für sich in dem vorbeschriebenen Zustande noch nicht ein geschlossenes Rohr bildet. vielmehr das Ausehen etwa von einem   Drehspano   besitzt, so kann das Einrollen auf jeden   vorgeschriebenen Durchmesser in   den   gewöhnlichen   Blechbregewalzen vorgenommen werden, indem man den Blechstreifen mit der vorgeschriebenen Neigung schräg durch   die Walzen laufen lässt.

   Tubes which consist of one or more sheet-metal strips wound helically on or on top of one another are known. The pipes are manufactured by winding or rolling the sheet metal strips on special sheet metal winding machines, bending presses, etc.



   The subject of the present invention is a simplified process for the production of such tubes, sheet metal jackets or the like consisting of two or more helically wound sheet metal strips, which allows pipes of larger diameters and larger sheet metal thicknesses to be produced with the aids available in every boiler shop without special devices.



   The method is characterized in that the individual sheet metal strips are rolled separately on sheet metal bending machines into corresponding helical shapes so that they form a closed pipe, sheet metal jacket or the like with overlapped, butted or other seams after the subsequent pushing into one another.



   In the drawing, an embodiment of the method is shown, FIGS. 1 and 2 showing the separately produced helical sheet metal strips, and FIG. 3 showing the finished pipe partially in section.



   The sheet metal strip a (Fig. 1) and the sheet metal strip b (Fig. 2) are separate, that is, each has been preprocessed and rolled up for itself, in correspondingly different diameters if the metal strips are to overlap in their union (Fig. 3).



  After each sheet metal strip does not yet form a closed tube in the above-described condition. rather has the appearance of a spano, the rolling can be made to any prescribed diameter in the usual sheet metal rollers by letting the sheet metal strip run diagonally through the rollers with the prescribed inclination.
