Bridge carriage for large loads.
The present invention relates to a bridge carriage for large Tragkrifte, in which a standing with the transmission lever Entla. control lever is raised and lowered by a push rod using a winch.
The invention consists in the fact that the winch, which engages in the push rod designed as a rack, is given a lot of mobility so that it can automatically adapt to the position of the rack that changes due to the arching movement of the relief lever. For this purpose, the winch is attached to a stand by means of two pins and two eyes or bearings.
In the drawings, FIG. 1 shows, as an example, a wagon bridge car without a track break with a winch in cross section. FIGS. 2 and 3 illustrate the winch on a larger scale in side and front views.
The relief device consists of the relief lever d to which the transmission lever c is attached. The relief lever d consists of two parts in the embodiment shown, but can also be made from one part in a suitable manner. It is coupled at one end to a push rod 1 and balanced with counterweights j to such an extent that the scales return to the rest position by themselves or only with little tutoring if the push rod l is nowhere held. The latter goes up with the associated end of the relief lever d, while the other end with the transmission lever c lowers with the triangular levers attached to the latter at e and the wagon bridge m to the rest position.
Teeth and a winch are attached to the push rod so that the scales can be picked up and lowered when the load is greater
Since the push rod 1 with its lower point of application has to move in the arc which the relief lever d describes when moving up and down, the winch r can also follow this arc movement.
According to the invention, the winch is movably attached to a stand 11 for this purpose with two pins in two eyes t (FIGS. 2 and 3). When using the winch, which is movable in two pegs, the power losses due to the use of the push rod 1 connected directly to the relief lever d and the winch r attached according to the invention, which is the arc movement of the push rod! can give way easily, significantly less.
