Zum Tragen und Heben des Arbeitstisches 6 dient in bekannter Weise zweckmässig ein Hebelparallelogramm. 1, 2, 3,4, welches im allgemeinen vom Ofen bis zum Tisch 6 reicht, bei der dargestellten Ausführung aber abgekürzt und in das Gestänge desselben die Querstange 5 eingeschaltet ist, die mit dem Arbeitstisch 6 durch einen breiten Bügel (Fig. 2) verbunden ist.
Der Tisch kann auf diese Weise zusammen mit der Querstange mit Hilfe des Handgriffes 7 in eine beliebige Stellung zwischen der tiefsten Lage I und der höchsten Lage II gehoben und mittels des Feststellhebels 8 und des Zahnsegmentes 9 festgestellt werden. Die Backpfanne liegt während der Bedienung sicher auf dem Arbeitstische 6 und auf der Querstange 5, so dass dieselbe während der Verstellung des Tisches und während der übrigen Arbeit nicht besonders gehalten werden muss.
Zur Erleichterung des Hebens des Tisches ist eine Ausbalancierung desselben vorgesehen.
Dies wird bei der in der Zeichnung ersichtlichen Ausführungsform dadurch erreicht, dass auf die beiden Enden der Stange 10 Spiralfedern 11 einwirken, welche eine dem Gesamtgewicht des anzuhebenden Systems entsprechende Spannkraft besitzen, so dass dieselben die Vorrichtung stetsanzuhebenberrebtsind.
