Description

Verfahren z u m D e k o r i e r e n v o n A l u m i n i u m g e g e n s t ä n d e n.

PROCEDURE FOR D e c o r i e r i n o n o n A l u m i n i u m g e n g e n g e n s a n d s.
The present invention aims to decorate and color aluminum ware easily and durable, in a similar way as the e.g. B. in glass-chinaware and the like. Is known.
The process consists in applying the enamel colors directly to the previously well-cleaned aluminum objects using a brush, stamp, template or compressed air and then baking them in a muffle furnace at a temperature of 500 to á500 C. The so-called luster colors (solutions of metal resinates in lavender oil or terpenes), glass colors and enamel are used as colors. These are the same colors that are used to decorate glass, porcelain, earthenware and enameled goods. The novelty is that these colors for decorating aluminum goods are applied directly to these goods and burned in.
The method is characterized by great simplicity, rapid execution and, as a result, cheapness, which is of essential importance for these in and for themselves cheap objects. As has been shown through tests, the decoration is extremely durable and durable. Since with the help of this process all possible patterns and decorations can be applied to aluminum goods, this opens up a considerably larger area of application.
