0'79%. Nickeloxyd,
0-53% Kobaltoxyd, 1-80% Braunstein.
Als Deckglasur wird normales erstes Weiss verwendet, welches folgende Zusammensetzung aufweist :
86-96% geschmolzenes Weiss III,
9-56% Ton weiss und
3-48% Zinnoxyd.
Die geschmolzene Weissglasur setzt sich aus folgenden Materialien zusammen : 14-06% Borax oder Borax-Ersatz (Kernit),
9-33% Quarz,
36-33% Feldspat,
15-08% Soda,
0-42% Flussspat,
0-83% Salpeter, 11-94% Kieselfluornatrium, 12-01% Kaolin.
Das Auftragen der Deckemaille kann auch durch Aufstauben erfolgen.
Behufs Erzielung einer besonderen Musterung kann im Rahmen der Erfindung die Deckemaille nur örtlich aufgetragen oder auch mit mehreren verschieden farbigen Emaillen gearbeitet werden.
In allen Fällen ist Vorsorge zu treffen, dass die Deckemaille in dünner Schicht zur Anwendung gelangt.
PATENT-ANSPRÜCHE :
1. Verfahren zum Emaillieren von Gegenständen aus Blech, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf den Gegenstand vorerst Grundemaille aufgetragen wird und nach dem Trocknen in geeigneter Weise, z. B. mittels einer Spritzpistole oder durch Aufstauben in dünner Schicht ein Überzug von Deckemaille erfolgt, worauf nach neuerlichem Trocknen beide Emailschichten in einem einzigen Brand eingebrannt werden.
