Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung ist eine Schulbank, deren untere Platte des Bücherfaches durch einen rohrförmigen oder einen anderen geeigneten, in Gestalt eines Buchstabens U tief durchgebogenen Mittelholm verbunden ist, den der Schüler leicht überschreiten kann.
