  Backofen.

  Oven.

The subject matter of the present invention relates to baking ovens and aims on the one hand to eliminate the damaging influence of damp masonry in freshly bricked ovens on the operation of the oven and on the other hand to improve the operation of older ovens. In order to achieve the intended purpose, according to the present invention, in addition to the smoke ducts used to heat the baking floor, special ducts leading through the masonry to the chimney are provided from the furnace.
 EMI1.1
stood, d & S the heat given off from the floor of the lowest floor partly through the still damp brickwork or

was withdrawn by the moisture content of the rubble stored there as a heat storage, so that the dough pieces shot into the lower tier of the oven received a lower amount of heat from below than was necessary for baking.

The present invention avoids these disadvantages by extracting the water vapor from the masonry sections concerned through intermediate ducts which are heated at will during construction and are vented into the chimney.

The subject matter of the invention can be seen in the drawing, namely FIG. 1 shows an elevation and FIG. 2 shows a floor plan of the with the device according to the previous
Invention provided oven.

The oven a receives the furnace c installed above or in the foot pit b. from which the channels d lead along the stove and open into the chimney at e.

As soon as the floor on the lower floor has been completed during installation, the grate f is charged with fire material and is thus baked out during the further construction to the second floor, etc., so that after the furnace is completed, the in
The substructure in question evaporates and the oven is immediately ready for use.
