Nachdem die Curve mit losen Spurstangen vorlegt ist, worden diese festgezogen wobei die nöthigo Spurerweiterung in der Curve gewahrt wird. Sobald dies geschehen. liegt die Curvo vollständig fest, so dass weder eine seitliche Verschiebung eintreten, noch durch den Druck nach aussen, vie or insbesondere in Meinen Curvon bei dem Transport von Langhölzern auftritt, eine Spurerwoiternng (selbst bei der schrägen Stellung der Spurstangen) vorkommen kann.
Wie aus den Fig. 6 und 7 hervorgeht, wird bei dem Verlegen auf das Gegenüberlegen der Stösse keine Rücksicht genommen, sondern es besteht nur das Streben, die Spurstangen möglichst rechtwinklig einziehen zu können.
Natürlich steht nichts entgegen, für ein derartiges Gleis den Boden, insbesondere hei frischen Aufträgen, durch Querhölzer, Faschinen, Schotter n. s. w. vor dem Verlegen zu befestigen.
Schienen, welche für solche Gleise ohne Lang-oder Querschwellen bis zu einem Achsendruck von 5000 kg vorthoilhaft verwendet werden, zeigt Fig. 10.
