EMI1.1
The present invention relates to an oil, grease and soap trap for domestic and commercial wastewater, in which the sedimentation is deposited on an inclined surface that rises upwards and essentially consists of an ascending, shovel-like plate arranged as a continuation of the liquid inlet Recesses for falling off the suspended matter is provided.
The drawing shows an embodiment of the subject matter of the invention, namely: FIG. 1 shows a vertical longitudinal section through the central axis of the device, FIG. 2 shows a horizontal section along the line A-B of the previous figure and FIG. 3 shows a vertical longitudinal section through the sludge bucket together with the fork shown in the view attached to it.
The device consists of a cylindrical vessel 1 made of reinforced concrete and the like, the lower part 2 of which advantageously has a smaller diameter. The upper edge of the vessel is provided with L'mem fold 3 to hold the 1) corner egg 4. Inside, the container 1 has a concentrically installed, narrower cylinder 5, which is provided with two openings or windows 6 in its lower part.
The installation of the narrower cylinder creates a ring roughness) 7. Wetcher is used in its upper part to accommodate the sewage inlet connection or pipe 8 and to that of the discharge connection or pipe 9. The sewer inflow pipe is open at the top and its edge exceeds the upper edge of the narrower cylinder 5. The outflow pipe 9 is open at the top and bottom, while its upper edge is slightly lower than the upper edge of the vessel just mentioned 5. The lower space of the narrowed part of the vessel 2 is used to receive dos Schiammeimers M, which with its conically flared edge 11 on

at the upper ends of which two wedge pins 14 are attached.
In the arms 13 a transverse axis 15 is attached, to which a kind of fork 16 is articulated, the branches of which unite at the top to form a piece 17 are attached by means of a hole and Vorsteekers 18 in the Harpe 18 'of the upper edge of the vessel. The flat transverse web 19 of the fork 16 is used to attach a spoon-shaped shovel 20 which forms the most essential part of the invention and which is rounded at the front and provided with two cutouts 21 on the rear tile.
The rear part of this shovel adjoins the lower edge of the outlet opening 22 of the inlet pipe 8 almost directly.
The device works as follows:

and, together with the dirt, grease, oil and side parts, it reaches the shovel 20, which rises obliquely upwards. Due to the special position of this shovel, the dirty water side is forced to follow a certain path. The heavier parts immediately slide backwards and fall through the cut-outs 21 into the mud bucket, while the specifically lighter components quickly move upwards. As a result of the quiet sinking back of the sludge parts, the sludge masses lying on the bottom are never whirled up, so that the correct clarification is carried out in the most advantageous distance.

Device is excluded.
The latter is easy to clean in all its parts at any time, without any operational disruptions and without removing the water. The sludge layer can be lifted and removed as desired without the device being put out of operation. The inlet and outlet pipes are open for the purpose of cleaning and for the unimpeded circulation of air. The fork, which is movably attached to the sludge bucket with side slits, serves at the same time to lift the bucket.
