  Verfahren zur Darstellung eines dem Weichgummi ähnlichen Produktes. 



   Durch das erste Zusatzpatent Nr. 67833 zu Patent Nr. 62129 ist ein Verfahren zur Darstellung eines dem Hartgummi ähnlichen Produktes geschätzt, welches darin besteht, dass man das von Kondakow im Journal für praktische Chemie, Band 64, Seite 109/110, beschriebene Polymerisationsprodukt des   -y-Dimethylbutadiens   bei Gegenwart von Piperidin oder seinen Homologen vulkanisiert. Es ist darin angegeben, dass man auch bei den sonst zum Weichgummi   führenden   Vulkanisationsverfahren hiebei einen Hartgummi erhält. 



   Es wurde nun gefunden, dass man bei Einhaltung von niedrigeren Temperaturen oder einer kürzeren Vulkanisationsdauer als im Verfahren des Zusatzpatentes Nr.   67833   angegeben ist, einen dem Weichgummi ähnlichen Körper erhalten kann. 



   Beispiel. 



   100 Teile Kondakowsches Produkt werden mit 10 Teilen Schwefel und   0'75   Teilen Piperidin eine Stunde auf 120 bis 1250 (2· Atm.) erhitzt. Man erhält ein dem Weichgummi ähnliches gut brauchbares   Vtdkanisat. Erhitzt   man nur 15 Minuten auf 135 bis   14bo     (31/2 Atm. ), so erhält man das gleiche Resultat.

   By the first additional patent No. 67833 to patent No. 62129, a method for the preparation of a product similar to hard rubber is estimated, which consists in that the polymerization product of the described by Kondakow in the Journal for Practical Chemistry, Volume 64, page 109/110 -y-dimethylbutadiene vulcanized in the presence of piperidine or its homologues. It is stated therein that a hard rubber is also obtained with the vulcanization processes which otherwise lead to soft rubber.



   It has now been found that if lower temperatures or a shorter vulcanization time than specified in the process of additional patent No. 67833 are observed, a body similar to the soft rubber can be obtained.



   Example.



   100 parts of Kondakov's product are heated to 120 to 1250 (2 atm.) With 10 parts of sulfur and 0.75 parts of piperidine for one hour. An easily usable vtdcanizate similar to soft rubber is obtained. If you only heat it to 135 to 14bo (31/2 atm.) For 15 minutes, you get the same result.
