  Verfahren zur Darstellung eines dem Hartgummi nahestehenden Produktes. 



   Durch das Stammpatent Nr. 62129 ist ein Verfahren zur Darstellung eines dem vulkanisierten Kautschuk nahestehenden Produktes geschützt, welches darin besteht. dass man das durch Einwirkung von basischen Agenzien auf das von Kondakow im Journal für praktische Chemie, Band 64, Seite 109/110, beschriebene Polymerisationsprodukt des   ss-y-Dimethylbutadiens   erhältliche Produkt vulkanisiert. 



   Es wurde nun gefunden, dass bei Verwendung von Piperidin oder seinen Homologen als basische Agenzien besonders guter Hartgummi entsteht. Bemerkenswert ist hiebei, dass man auch bei den Vulkanisationsverfahren, die sonst zum Weichgummi führen, hier einen

 gemischt, während gleichzeitig oder auch erst nach einiger Zeit 25 Teile Schwefel zugesetzt werden. Die Masse wird darauf zwei Studen auf 160 bis 165  erhitzt. Man erhält ein vorzügliches hartgummiähnliches Produkt. Verwendet man statt 25   Teilp nur 10 Teile   Schwefel, so erhält man ebenfalls ein gutes Produkt. Das neue Produkt zeigt, zumal nach der Politur, einen schönen   Schildpatteffekt.   



   Selbstredend kann man mit gleichem Erfolg auch direkt das nach Patent Nr. 67691 bei Gegenwart von Piperidin gewonnene Polymerisat   des ss-&gamma;-Dimethylbutadiens verwenden.

PATENT-ANSPRUCH : Abänderung des durch das Stammpatent Nr. 62129 geschützten Verfahrens zur Darstellung eines dem vulkanisierten Kautschuk nahestehenden Produkts, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man behufs Erzeugung eines dem Hartgummi ähnlichen Produktes das durch AutopolymerisatioD beim Stehenlassen von ss-&gamma;-Dimethylerythren sich bildende Produkt bei Gegenwart von Piperidin oder seinen Homologen vulkanisiert. **WARNUNG** Ende CLMS Feld Kannt Anfang DESC uberlappen**.
