   Es ist bekannt, dass durch gasförmige Druckmittel geschmolzenes Gussmaterial in beliebige Formen gefüllt und nach Ausfüllen des freien Raumes auch in der Form in Zustand der Pressung versetzt werden kann. Diese Gussverfahren kennzeichnen sieh dadurch, dass das flüssige Gussmaterial unter Pressung gesetzt wird und mit der der Pressung entsprechenden Geschwindigkeit in die Form tritt, so dass während des Einströmens die Pressung sinkt, um erst nach gänzlicher Ausfüllung des Hohlraumes wieder anzuwachsen. 



   Die vorliegende Erfindung hat den Zweck, das Gussmaterial auch während des Einströmen unter einer bestimmten einstellbaren Pressung zu halten, um Gasentwicklungen auch während dieses Einströmens zu vermeiden und die Geschwindigkeit des Einströmens regeln zu können. 



   In der Zeichnung zeigt Fig. 1 die gesamte Anordnung der   Giesseinrichtung.     und zwar zur   Herstellung   voller Gusskörper,   und Fig. 2 ein Detail zur Herstellung hohler   Gusskörper.   



   Es stellt (Fig. 1) a den mit geschmolzenem Gussmaterial gefüllten Schmelztiegel dar, der selbst entweder in einem geschlossenen Schmelzofen sich befindet oder in einen Behälter b ein gesetzt werden kann ; beide müssen jedoch dicht schliessen und genugend Widerstandsfahigkeit gegen inneren Überdruck besitzen.

   It is known that cast material melted by means of gaseous pressure media can be filled into any desired shape and, after the free space has been filled, it can also be put in the pressed state in the mold. These casting processes are characterized by the fact that the liquid casting material is placed under pressure and enters the mold at the speed corresponding to the pressure, so that the pressure drops during the inflow and only grows again after the cavity has been completely filled.



   The purpose of the present invention is to keep the casting material under a certain adjustable pressure even while it is flowing in, in order to avoid gas development also during this flowing in and to be able to regulate the speed of the flowing in.



   In the drawing, Fig. 1 shows the entire arrangement of the casting device. namely for the production of full cast bodies, and FIG. 2 shows a detail for the production of hollow cast bodies.
