Description
<Desc/Clms Page number 1>

Double-walled oven with heat storage.
So far it has been customary to build stoves out of simple tiles, which are mostly still connected by wires and with clay on the inside. Broken bricks etc. are scoured. Nevertheless, joints built in this way form with prolonged use, through which air penetrates, so that the regular combustion process is disturbed and the heating effect of the fuel used is reduced.
The aim of the invention is to remedy these inconveniences and consists in making ovens of all kinds, including saving stoves, from Hoh) steinssn, e.g. B. those, as they form the subject of Austrian Patent No. 44748 and the cavities of these hollow stones then with a hardening material, such as. H. concrete (with or without iron reinforcement). This gives the ovens a long service life and the filler in the interior of the hollow blocks acts as a heat store. so the stoves remain warm for a long time after heating is interrupted and radiate warmth.
EMI1.1
depicted in perspective.
As can be seen, the glazed outer tiles a are connected to the unglazed inner tiles b by webs c, which are slightly smaller in height. The bar above the webs c can be used to attach a wire wrap d.
An advantage of the ovens forming the subject of the invention is that such ovens can already be assembled in layers in the workshops in order to then bring them like iron ovens in rings to the room where they are to be set up, so that in this way Tiled stoves are made portable.
