Appreturbrechmaschine.
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf Appreturbrechmaschinen und hat den Zweck, die Brechwirkung möglichst günstig zu gestalten. Dieses wird erzielt einerseits durch einen eigenartigen Beschlag der Brechwalzen und andererseits durch ihre besondere Anordnung. In der Zeichnung stellt Fig. 1 bis 4 zwei verschiedene Ausführungsformen des Beschlages für die Brechwalzen dar, während Fig. 5 schematisch die Anordnung der Brechwalzen in der Maschine zeigt.
Der Beschlag gemäss der ersten Ausführungsform (Fig. 1 und 2) besteht aus Drahtklammern, die schräg zur Achse der Brechwalze angeordnet sind. Die Neigung der aufeinanderfolgenden Reihen ist entgegengesetzt und die Anordnung der einzelnen Drahtklammern so getroffen, dass Anfang und Ende je zwei hintereinanderstehender Klammernin Fig. 1 mit a und b bezeichnet-in einer Ebene senkrecht zur Achse der Brechwalze liegen. Der Zweck dieser Anordnung ist, eine Art Streckung der Ware zu erzielen ; so wird z. B. die Klammer a das Bestreben haben, die Ware in Richtung des Pfeiles 1 zu leiten, während die darauf folgende Klammer b das entgegengesetzte Verhalten zeigen wird (Pfeil 2).
Da nun die einzelnen Brechwalzen mit einer sehr grossen Umlaufzahl in Richtung des Pfeiles c angetrieben werden, wird durch die rasch aufeinanderfolgenden Einwirkungen der entgegengesetzt gestellten Klammern eine keilartige Wirkung auf das Gefüge der Ware erzielt, wodurch dieses gelockert und dadurch die Brechwirkung günstig beeinflusst wird.
Gemäss der Ausführungsform nach Fig. 3 und 4 sind die Drahtklammern abgebogen und dieser Teil keilförmig geformt. Die Wirkung ist die gleiche wie die der ersten Aus- führungsform. Die Klammern nach der zweiten Ausführungsform müssen nicht im rechten Winkel abgebogen sein, sondern dieser kann je nach Warengattung vergrössert werden.
Bei sehr schweren Appreturen wird die Brechwirkung dadurch günstig bpc : nnusst.

The invention relates to finish breaking machines and has the purpose of making the breaking effect as favorable as possible. This is achieved on the one hand by a peculiar fitting of the crushing rollers and on the other hand by their special arrangement. In the drawing, FIGS. 1 to 4 show two different embodiments of the fitting for the crushing rollers, while FIG. 5 shows schematically the arrangement of the crushing rollers in the machine.
The fitting according to the first embodiment (FIGS. 1 and 2) consists of wire clips which are arranged at an angle to the axis of the crushing roller. The inclination of the successive rows is opposite and the arrangement of the individual wire clamps is such that the beginning and end of two consecutive clamps marked a and b in Fig. 1 lie in a plane perpendicular to the axis of the breaking roller. The purpose of this arrangement is to achieve a kind of stretching of the goods; so z. B. the bracket a strive to direct the goods in the direction of arrow 1, while the following bracket b will show the opposite behavior (arrow 2).
Since the individual crushing rollers are now driven with a very large number of revolutions in the direction of arrow c, a wedge-like effect on the structure of the goods is achieved through the rapidly successive effects of the oppositely positioned clamps, which loosens it and thus has a favorable effect on the crushing effect.
According to the embodiment according to FIGS. 3 and 4, the wire clips are bent and this part is shaped like a wedge. The effect is the same as that of the first embodiment. The brackets according to the second embodiment do not have to be bent at right angles, but this can be enlarged depending on the type of goods.
In the case of very heavy finishes, the breaking effect is thus favorably bpc: nnuss.
