<Desc/Clms Page number 2>

<Desc/Clms Page number 4>

This utility model relates to a profile for producing a frame of a formwork panel, which is a component in a reusable formwork system for concrete structures.
Frame profiles for frame formwork systems are e.g. B. from the patent application DE 3822079 A1, in which a one-piece steel profile for a formwork frame is shown, with a closed contour with a shallow V-shaped recess on the inside of the profile at its end opposite a projection, which closes its scope. As an alternative, the profile is provided with two projections which extend surfaces of a formwork frame which are perpendicular to one another and serve for the engagement of a connecting clamp.
An edge profile is also known from the patent DE 3826361 C2 for a frame of a formwork panel which is overlapped from the outside of a projection which closes the profile and serves as a limitation and protection for the formwork panel, the edge profile in its middle part has a recess with sloping side surfaces. The entire frame is made of sheet metal.
A formwork is also known from the utility model RU 54997, which consists of profiles which are welded together. Outer profiles are closed as cold-rolled
<Desc / Clms Page number 2>
Sene profiles formed from gripping recesses. If a formwork system is constructed from formwork according to the above-mentioned utility model, the formworks are connected to one another by introducing suitable coupling members into the gripping recesses, the edges of the frames of adjacent formworks being pressed against one another. Formwork also has a protrusion that covers the edges of a wall of bakery formwork plywood, and outer frame profiles have bevels on outside corners on the side opposite the wall.
The known solutions of frame profiles for frame formwork systems or formwork do not guarantee that two elements of the frame of formwork panels are pressed well against each other.
It is an aim of this utility model to create such a device for connecting the frames of formwork panels, the favorable shape of the connecting surfaces ensuring a good mutual engagement or press fit and a reliable adjustment of the formwork system.
It is also an aim of this utility model to create an all-purpose profile that can interact with other, commercially available profiles.
This goal is achieved by creating a profile for the production of a frame of a formwork panel, the shape of which meets the requirements and increases its usability.
<Desc / Clms Page number 3>
A profile for producing a frame of a formwork panel according to this utility model, shaped as a rectangular, closed, one-piece metal profile with a recess on its inside and a projection on an edge of the profile, in order to protect the edges of a formwork plywood from damage when being introduced into a frame , is characterized in that its outer wall with a smooth, flat surface deflects elastically along its length, and its inner wall, which also has a smooth surface, has two gripping recesses. The first, shallow recess has a flat bottom and a side surface that runs obliquely to the surface of the inner wall.
The second deep recess has a flat bottom and a side surface that is inclined to the bottom of the flat recess on one side and another side surface that is inclined to the surface of the inner wall of a vertical foot that is on the other side merges with the outer projection in the lower part of the foot surface.
An advantage of the profile according to this utility model is the simple shape of its inner and outer surfaces, the profile being made in one piece from iron sheet with a closed shape and a rectangular contour and forming a component of a formwork system.
Another advantage of the profile is that the recesses are formed with inclined side surfaces, which advantageously breaks down the engaging pressing force into horizontal ones
<Desc / Clms Page number 4>
and vertical components are generated with respect to the axis of the profile. Due to this advantageous decomposition of the engaging pressing force, the elements rest against one another as a result of the action of a horizontal force, and as a result of the vertical component, the elements are precisely and exactly connected to one another. Thanks to the special shape of the profile, the formwork panels can be connected closely, precisely and reliably to one another at the construction site in one step using a single connecting device.
Another advantage of the solution according to this utility model is the universal applicability of the profile, which consists in the fact that it can work together with other commercially available profiles.
The drawing shows an end view of a profile in accordance with the utility model, which is designed for producing a frame of a formwork panel.
A profile for producing a frame of a formwork panel has an outer smooth flat wall 1, the length of which can be deflected in its elasticity limits, and an inner wall 10 also with a smooth surface. The inner wall 10 has two gripping recesses 5, 8, the first, shallow recess 8 having a flat bottom and hers
10 side surface 9 is located or extends obliquely to the surface of the inner wall /. The second, deep gripping recess 5 also has a flat bottom and its side surface 6 also extends obliquely to the surface 4 of an inner vertical
