Description

- 1 -
A profiled section for making a frame of a boarding plate
This utility model relates to a profiled section for making a frame of a boarding plate being a component part of a repeatedly usable boarding system for concrete constructions.
Frame sections for frame boarding systems are known, e.g. from the patent application DE 3822079 A1 , where a monolithic steel section for a boarding frame is shown, having a closed contour with a shallow V-shaped recess at the inner surface of said section at its end opposite to a projection closing its perimeter. Said section is also provided alternatively with two projections lengthening mutually perpendicular surfaces of a boarding frame, serving to engage a connecting clamp.
An edge section is also known from the patent specification DE 3826361 C2 for a frame of a boarding plate overlaid from an outer side of a projection, closing said section, and provided as limitation and protection for a boarding plate, said edge section having in its middle part one recess with obliquely bent side surfaces. The whole frame is made of sheet metal.
There is also known from the utility model Ru 54997 a boarding shield comprised of sections connected together by welding. Outer sections are formed as cold-rolled closed sections from grab recesses. When making a boarding system of shields according to the above mentioned utility model said shields are connected together by inserting into a grab recess suitable coupling links which pressing edges of frames of adjacent shields one to another. A shield has also a projection covering edges of a skin made of a bakelized boarding plywood, and outer frame sections have slants at outside comers on the side opposite to the skin. The known solutions of frame sections for frame boarding systems or boarding shields do not ensure that any two elements of frames in boarding plates are well pressed one to another.
It is an object of this utility model to create such a device for connecting frames of boarding plates, the advisable shape of the connecting surface of which will ensure the good mutual engagement pressing and the reliable adjustment of a boarding system.
It is also an object of this utility model is also to obtain a general- purpose section which is able to co-operate with other marketable sections.
This object has been achieved by designing a profiled section for making a frame of a boarding plate, wherein its shape meets requirements, and therefore increases its utility.
A profiled section for making a frame of a boarding plate according to this utility model, formed as a rectangular closed monolithic metal section with a recess in its inner surface and a projection at an edge of said section in order to protect edges of a boarding plywood against damaging on inserting in a frame is characterized in that an outer wall with a smooth planar surface deflects elastically on its length, and its inner wall, also having a smooth surface, has two grab recesses. The first shallow recess, having a flat bottom, has its side surface obliquely bent in relation to the surface of the inner wall. The second dip recess, having a flat bottom, also has its surface obliquely bent in relation to the bottom of the flat recess from the first side, and its side surface obliquely bent in relation to the surface of the inner wall of the vertical foot passing from the second side in the lower part of the foot surface into the outer projection.
An advantage of the profiled section according to this utility model is the simple shape of its outer and inner surfaces, said section being made of sheet iron as one part having a closed shape and a rectangular contour, and forming a component part of a boarding system.
Another advantage of the profiled section is that recesses are formed with oblique surfaces providing the advantageous decomposition of an engaging pressing force into horizontal and vertical components in relation to the axis of the section. Thanks to this advantageous decomposition of the engaging pressing force, in result of an action of the horizontal force, elements abuts one to another, and in result of the vertical component elements are accurately and exactly connected on to another. In result of the special shape of the section boarding plates are connected tightly, precisely and reliably in one operation by means of one connecting device directly at a building site.
An advantage of the solution according to this utility model is also the universality of the section consisting in that it is able to co-operate with other marketable sections.
The drawing shows in a side view a section according to the utility model designed to make a frame of a boarding plate.
A profiled section for making a frame of a boarding plate is comprised of an outer smooth flat wall 1 deflecting in elasticity limits in its length, and of an outer wall 10 also having a smooth surface. The inner wall 10 has two grab recesses 5, 8, whereas the first shallow recess 8 has flat bottom and its side surface 9 obliquely bent in relation to the surface of the inner wall. The second dip grab recess 5 with the flat bottom also has its side surface 6 obliquely bent in relation to the surface 4 of the inner vertical foot 3 passing from the other side in the lower part of the foot surface into the outer projection 2.
