Drahtseil-Reinigungsvorrichtung.
Gegenstand der Erfindung bildet eine Vorrichtung zum Reinigen des Seiles, insbesondere von Erdölförderungsanlagen, die über dem Bohrloch oder auch unter der Seilrolle angeordnet werden kann. Der Erfindung gemäss dienen zur Vorreinigung des Seiles Rollen aus elastischem Material, z. B. Gummi, die mit einer in ihrem Umfange vorgesehenen Rille das Seil umfassen und das an demselben haftende Rohöl abstreifen, während die Nachreinigung durch Bürsten besorgt wird. Als Träger der Rollen und der Bürsten dienen GeLenkstäbe, so dass ein leichtes Nachgeben der Vorrichtung mit Rücksicht auf die Seilschwingungen erzielt ist. Diese Gelenkstäbe sind durch Federn gegeneinandergehalten, so dass sowohl das Anpressen der Reinigungsorgane an das Seil bewirkt, als auch die Abnutzung derselben unschädlich gemacht ist.

Bevor das Drahtseil 1 die Seilrolle erreicht, wird es durch eine Hülse 2 gefuhrt.
Die Hülse besitzt einen Bund 3 mit Gelenkösen 4, in denen mittels Bolzen 5 die Bürstenträger te pendelnd gelagert sind. An den Bürstenträgern sind mittels Bolzen 7 die Rollenträger 8 pendelnd angelenkt. In jedem Bürstenträger befindet sich eine Bürste 9, welche durch Schraubenbolzen 7 festgehalten ist. Je zwei Bolzen sind durch eine Spiralfeder 10 verbunden, so dass die Bürsten gegeneinander und gegen das Seil gepresst werden. Der Rollenträger 8 trägt um Achsen 11 drehbare Gummirollen 12, welche durch Federn 13 gegen das Seil gepresst werden. Die Gummirollen 1'2 haben in ihrem Umfang Rillen 14, mit denen sie das Seil 1 umfassen.
Beim Durchziehen des Drahtseiles 1 durch die Vorrichtung wird dasselbe zuerst durch die Gummirollen 12 und dann noch weiter durch die'Bürsten 9 von anhaftendem Erdöl gereinigt. Die Bürsten 9 und Rollen 12 werden auch noch nach engerer Abnutzung durch die Spiralfedern 10 und 13 aneinandergepresst, wodurch eine dauernde Betriebs- fähigkeit gewährleitet ist.

1. Drahtseil-Reinigungsvorrichtung, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur Vorreinigung des Seiles Rollen (12) aus elastischem Material vorgesehen sind, die mittels auf ihrem
Umfang angeordneter Rillen (14) das Seil umfassen und deren Träger (8) an den Trägern (6) der die Nachreinigung besorgenden Bürsten angelenkt sind.

The subject of the invention is a device for cleaning the rope, in particular of oil production systems, which can be arranged above the borehole or also under the rope pulley. According to the invention are used to pre-clean the rope rollers made of elastic material, for. B. rubber, which encompass the rope with a groove provided in its circumference and strip off the crude oil adhering to the same, while the subsequent cleaning is done by brushing. Hinged rods serve as supports for the rollers and the brushes, so that the device yields slightly, taking into account the cable vibrations. These joint rods are held against one another by springs, so that both the pressing of the cleaning elements against the rope and the wear and tear of the same are rendered harmless.

Before the wire rope 1 reaches the pulley, it is passed through a sleeve 2.
The sleeve has a collar 3 with hinge eyes 4, in which the brush holder te are mounted pendulum by means of bolts 5. The roller carriers 8 are pivotably articulated to the brush carriers by means of bolts 7. In each brush holder there is a brush 9, which is held in place by screw bolts 7. Two bolts each are connected by a spiral spring 10 so that the brushes are pressed against each other and against the rope. The roller carrier 8 carries rubber rollers 12 which are rotatable about axes 11 and which are pressed against the rope by springs 13. The rubber rollers 1'2 have grooves 14 in their circumference, with which they enclose the rope 1.
When the wire rope 1 is pulled through the device, it is first cleaned of adhering oil by the rubber rollers 12 and then further by the brushes 9. The brushes 9 and rollers 12 are still pressed against one another by the spiral springs 10 and 13 even after they have been worn down more closely, thereby ensuring permanent operability.
