Abstract
Exercise device for promoting mobility for the spine, consisting of two mutually arranged, through ball bodies (1,2), cylinder or wheel bodies (with different surface structures) that can be pressed against the back and neck of the user and against a wall and can be rolled along as a result of body movements held at a distance by a threaded rod (6) and a metal tube (3) (the size of the transverse processes of the vertebrae) and held together at both ends of the threaded rod by a screw nut (4) and possibly a washer (5).
Description
<Desc/Clms Page number 1>
Seitenansicht (Fig. I) und in perspektivischer Ansicht (Fig. 2) dargestellt.

The invention relates to a training device for the spine. The device is easy to transport and can be used on any wall. The application is ideal for mobility requirements and blood circulation during sedentary activities or for
Compensation for stereotypical professional or leisure activities.
Declaration of drawings:
In the drawing is an example embodiment of the subject of the invention in
Side view (Fig. I) and shown in perspective view (Fig. 2).
The training device for promoting mobility of the spine is described in that two spherical bodies (1, 2), which are arranged at a distance from one another at the size of the transverse processes of the vertebral bones, can be pressed against the back of the user and against a wall and can be rolled along them as a result of upward and downward movements of the body. , Cylinder or wheel bodies (with different surface structures) are provided, which are drilled through a threaded rod (6) and the spherical bodies (1, 2) supported on the threaded rod, cylinder or wheel bodies (with different surface structures), by an attached to them The metal tube (3) which is in contact and is also pushed between them onto the threaded rod (6) is held at a mutual distance and the individual parts (1, 2, 3) pushed onto the threaded rod (6) and lined up next to each other
are held together by screw nuts (4) screwed onto the two end sections of the threaded rod and, if appropriate, bear against the outer surface sections of the two spherical bodies (1, 2), cylinder or wheel body, washers (5) through which the threaded rod (6) passes.
Mode of action or mode of use: Pressure on the body against the training device pressed against the wall, in the area of the transverse processes of the vertebral bodies and simultaneous upward and downward movements result in mobilization in the vertebral and costal joints. This promotes mobility in the often very stiff spine, especially the thoracic spine.
Furthermore, the rolling movements of the training device on the back of the user massage the muscles and promote blood circulation, as well as stimulate the vegetative nervous system and the bladder meridian.
The object of the invention is achieved by the features according to the claim.
