Vorrichtung zum Biegen von Holzwerkstücken.
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf solche Vorrichtungen zum Biegen von Holzwerkstucken, die aus einem heizbaren hohlen Formkörper bestehen, der aussenseitig Nuten besitzt, deren Verlauf der herzustellenden Biegung entspricht, und in welche die zu biegenden Hölzer durch AndrUckvorrichtungen eingepresst werden.
Die Erfindung liegt in der Anordnung einer allen Andrückvorrichtungen gemeinsamen Spannvorrichtung, welche ans einer auf einem Zapfen des Formkörpers drehbar und abheb bar angeordneten Lagerstütze und einem auf dieser schwingbaren zweiarmigen Hebel besteht, dessen kurzer Arm durch ein Zugglied mit jeder Andrückvorrichtung gekuppelt werden kann.
Auf der Zeichnung ist der Erfindungsgegenstand in Fig. 1 im Längsschnitt und in Fig. 2 in Draufsicht dargestellt.
Die an sich bekannte Biegevorrichtung besteht aus dem heizbaren hohlen Form- körper a, dessen Aussenfläche $die der herzustellenden Biegung entsprechend verlaufenden Nuten h aufweist, in welche die zu biegenden Holzwerkstücke W, die mit dem einen Ende in einen Schuh c eingesteckt werden, durch bandförmige Andrückvorrichtungen d eingepresst werden. Das freie Ende jeder Andrückvorrichtung besitzt einen W inhl f mit Spanschiaube g, der nach bewirktem Einpressen des Werkstückes in die Nut durch einen über einen Ansatz h am Formkörper gelegten ring i festgelegt wird.
Zum Betätigen der Andrückvorrichtungen dient crfindungsgemäss eine allen gemeinsame Spannvorrichtung, welche aus einer um einen mittleren Zapfen k des Deckels des
