Verfahren zur Erleichterung des Loslösen getrockneter Kleberpappe von den Trockenblechen.
Bekanntlich ist der durch Kneten von Weizenmehlteig unter auffliessendem Wasser gewonnene Kleber eine gelblichgraue, zähe, fadenziehende Masse. Wird dieselbe sich selbst überlassen, so gerät sie in Gärung, wird flüssig und dient dann unter dem Namen Kleberpappe als Klebemittel für Schuhmacher, Sattler, Tapezierer und dgl.
Diese Kleberpappe wird, um sie bequem versenden zu können, durch Aufstreichen auf Bleche und Erwärmen dieser Bleche zum Trocknen gebracht und um dabei dem Anhaften der Kleberpappe an die Bleche vorzubeugen, werden diese eingefettet, wozu gewöhnlich ein mineralisches Schmieröl in Verwendung kommt.
Trotz dieser Vorsichtsmassregel kommt es häufig vor, dass die Kleberpappe ausser- ordentlich fest anhaftet, so dass sie nur mit grossem Arbeitsaufwande losgelöst werden kann. Als Folge davon wird die losgelöste Kleberpappe sehr kleinstückig, ja selbst bröselig, die Arbeit gestaltet sich schwierig und kostspielig und die Bleche leiden derart unter der starken Bearbeitung, dass sie oft erneuert werden müssen.
Die Erfindung bezweckt nun, diesem Übelstande in der Weise abzuhelfen, dass das feste Anhaften der Kleberpappe vermieden, leichtes Abblättern der Pappeschichte von den Blechen gesichert und die Pappe in schönen Schollen gewonnen wird.
Der Erfindung gemäss erreicht man diesen Zweck dadurch, dass man dem bisher zum Einfetten der Bleche verwendeten mineralischen Schmiernlittel Bienenwachs. Stearin oder einen festen Kohlenwasserstoff wie Zeresin oder Paraffin zusetzt. Der Zusatz beträgt in

It is well known that the glue obtained by kneading wheat flour dough under running water is a yellowish-gray, tough, stringy mass. If it is left to its own devices, it starts to ferment, becomes liquid and is then used under the name glue cardboard as an adhesive for shoemakers, saddlers, upholsterers and the like.
In order to be able to send it conveniently, this adhesive cardboard is brought to dry by spreading it on metal sheets and heating them and to prevent the adhesive cardboard from sticking to the sheets, they are greased, for which a mineral lubricating oil is usually used.
In spite of this precautionary measure, it often happens that the adhesive cardboard sticks extremely firmly, so that it can only be detached with a great deal of work. As a result, the detached adhesive cardboard becomes very small pieces, even crumbly, the work turns out to be difficult and expensive and the metal sheets suffer so much from the heavy processing that they often have to be replaced.
The invention now aims to remedy this inconvenience in such a way that the adhesive cardboard does not adhere firmly, the cardboard layer is easily peeled off the sheets and the cardboard is obtained in beautiful clods.
