Verfahren zur Darstellung säureechter substantiver Farbstoffe.
Es wurde gefunden, dass sich die Aminoderivate der Benzylsulfosäure zur Darstellung von substantiven säureechten Baumwollfarbstoffen eignen, wenn man sie zunächst mit Aminobenzoyl-2, 5. 7-aminonaphtolsulfosäure und deren technischen Äquivalenten kombiniert, die entstehenden Farbstoffe weiter diazotiert und mit-Naphtol kuppelt.
Beispiel.
19 kg p-Aminobenzylsulfonsäure werden in bekannter Weise diazotiert und mit 40 kg p-Aminobenzoyl-2, 5. 7-aminonaphtolsulfosänre in sodaalkalischer Lösung kombiniert. Der Farbstoff wird ausgesalzen, abfiltriert und mit Kochsalzlösung nachgewaschen. Alsdann wird zu einem feinen Brei angeschlemmt und nach stattgefundener Diazotierung nach üblicher Weise mit 15 ss-Naphtol gekuppelt. Man filtriert, presst und trocknet den Farbstoff. Er färbt ungebeizte Baumwolle in sehr reinen und farbkräftigen Orangetonen an.

It has been found that the amino derivatives of benzylsulfonic acid are suitable for the preparation of substantive acid-fast cotton dyes if they are first combined with aminobenzoyl-2, 5, 7-aminonaphthol sulfonic acid and its technical equivalents, the resulting dyes are further diazotized and coupled with naphthol.
Example.
19 kg of p-aminobenzylsulphonic acid are diazotized in a known manner and combined with 40 kg of p-aminobenzoyl-2, 5, 7-aminonaphtholsulphosane in a soda-alkaline solution. The dye is salted out, filtered off and washed with saline solution. Then it is slurried to a fine paste and, after the diazotization has taken place, it is coupled with 15 ß-naphtol in the usual way. The dye is filtered, pressed and dried. It dyes unstained cotton in very pure and bright orange tones.
