Es sind Farbschreibvorrichtungen für Schreibtelegraphen bekannt, bei denen die Farbe durch ein Transporträdchen vom Farbtrog auf das Schreibrädchen übertragen wird.
Die vorliegende Erfindung besteht darin, dass das Schreibrädchen in eine Nut des Transport- rad hens eingreift, so dass das letztere durch Reibung vom Schreibrädchen angetrieben wird.
Fig. I zeigt eine Ansicht der Vorrichtung, auf einem Morse-Apparat montiert ; ist ein Querschnitt durch den Farbtrog ; Fig. 3 zeigt eine weitere vorteilhafte Ausgestaltung des Schreibradhehels und Fig. 4 eine Draufsicht auf denselben.

Auf diese Weise bekommt das Schreibrädchen die Farbe erst durch das Trans- portrldchen, und zwar nur so viel, als der Rand des ersteren aus der Nute des letzteren abzunehmen vermag.
An der Einfüllstelle des Farbtroges ist ein schnabelförmiger Ausschnitt vorgesehen, durch welchen gegebenenfalls die Farbe in ein unter demselben stehendes Gefäss über- fliessen kann.
Zur Verhütung der Verunreinung der Farbe und der damit verbundenen Verdickung derselben durch herabfallende Papierfasern, ist am Apparate um das Schreibrädchen ein abnehmbares Schutzblech h vorgesehen, durch dessen Schlitz i das erstere an den Papierstreifengelangt.
Eine weitere vorteilhafte Ausgestaltung des Schreibradhehels e (Fig. 3 und 4) er- moglicllt es. durch das Entfallen der Stahllager b die Vorrichtung demontabel zu gestalten.
Zu diesem Zwecke ist der Hebel entsprechend verlängert und zum Lager für die Achse des Transporträdchens ausgebildet: eine seitliche Verchiebung der Achse wird durch seitlich angebrachte Plättchen k aus Stahlblech verhindert. Color writing devices for writing telegraphs are known, in which the color is transferred from the ink tray to the writing wheel by a transport wheel.
The present invention consists in that the writing wheel engages in a groove of the transport wheel, so that the latter is driven by the writing wheel by friction.

Mounted metal plates inserted steel bearings b with slot guide the axis of the transport wheel c, in whose groove the writing wheel d, which is guided in the slot of the writing wheel lever e and is pressed by two spiral springs f against the former, engages. In this way the writing wheel only gets the color through the transport wheel, and only as much as the edge of the former can take off from the groove of the latter.
A beak-shaped cutout is provided at the filling point of the paint trough, through which the paint can optionally overflow into a vessel below the same.
To prevent contamination of the paint and the associated thickening of the same by falling paper fibers, a removable protective plate h is provided on the apparatus around the writing wheel, through the slot i of which the former reaches the paper strip.
A further advantageous embodiment of the writing wheel lever e (FIGS. 3 and 4) makes it possible. to make the device demountable by eliminating the steel bearings b.
For this purpose, the lever is lengthened accordingly and designed as a bearing for the axis of the transport wheel: a lateral displacement of the axis is prevented by laterally attached plates k made of sheet steel.
